Don't care at all

Don't care at all. Been waiting for a "Prime" delivery since the 11th. Now the 26th. Have informed them dodgy delivery partner Evri refuse to come to the address- it is a bit out of the way but everyone else delivers fine. Evri just leave it at the depot. Amazon promised refund if not delivered by 25th, try to process that and they now say wait until 28th. Can't continue previous "chat" can only start a new one, so impossible to resolve. Circular omnishambles. They can launch their next rocket up ..

just gone over my accounts and realised McAfee have been skimming £83 once a year from my UK account for a few years now. I rang the number and the bloke on the other end was evasive unhelpful patronising and rude. Fair enough I should have spotted the debits from my account but I don't recall signing up for repeat business and what service can they be providing considering said computer hasn't been operational for the majority of the billing period.Ironically this company seems to have scammed me more than the scammers. !I am furious!

Edit due to Jimdo reply: this review was left AFTER reaching out to your support team. I have been told that even though you cannot provide evidence that I was sent a reminder email for a heads up to cancel I am still liable for the invoice due. I will be contacting consumer affairs tomorrow as I believe your (unfair) terms and conditions are a breach of Australian consumer law. I do not wish to continue this contract - all I wanted was the cancel a subscription that is not even active on your system. !I am furious!12 months ago I signed up to Jimdo for a project. There was a promotion for 12 months for $12. I found Jimdo to be quite confusing and didn’t end up using the site as I had initially planned. I forgot about Jimdo. Jump to today, I haven’t heard a peep from Jimdo since I signed up 12 months ago. I received a renewal notice this morning notifying me to pay the invoice of $320 in the next 14 days. I enquire about cancelling my subscription only to be told that I was supposed to notify Jimdo 1 month before renewal. This is truely unethical. If your terms and conditions state that 1 month before renewal ends your chance to cancel then you should be notifying people THEN not 12 months after the initial sign up. I can not afford to pay this - I’m now unemployed due to covid19 and I should have the ability to cancel a subscription to a service that I don’t even use (and is not even set up or live) I also don’t even know if Jimdo have my bank card details and are just going to take these funds as I have to feed myself and my child.

THE BEST--- 5 STARS +

Songkick is the best. They are immediately responsive to one's needs. They accommodating, compassionate, competent, so wonderfully helpful, and really nice. I had an issue with my health, needed to change tickets that were purchased in Dec for an August concert. I had to have unexpected major surgery and had purchased Adele tickets, whom I was dying to see. I contacted Songkick and requested a name change to my daughter, os my husband could go with my girls. Songkick got it done for me. They checked on me constantly, gave me updates, and made sure it all worked out. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! I will always use Songkick from now on. GREAT company! Thank you for everything, Songkick crew! You are ALL terrific! If you haven't already, USE SONGKICK!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst with the pickup app. No notifications to tell you anything. So you waste Your time and money going to pick up stuff that they do not even have. But there was no notification to tell me they had nothing so I showed up to pick up two items that I could have canceled but they failed to give me any kind of notification! I will never go to Kroger again

A Complete Waste of Time – Avoid Braintree at All Costs

We spent over 200 hours on a full custom integration of Braintree for our platform, including payout functionality. After nearly a year, we're still stuck in sandbox mode—it's virtually impossible to go live.Communication with their team is abysmal. I managed to get on one call, but after that, my number was blocked, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone since. Every single time I tried to call it was dropped right away. I'm CEO and own a valid and active LLC in California, San Francisco Bay from 2019, and yet they never once asked for documents - I would be happy to go all verification process if that option would exist. But no - noway you can get live production mode. They want you to play around in their sandbox till the day you die.Initially, there was at least a “Connect to Sales Team” option (even though no one ever responded). Now, that page doesn’t even exist. It’s like they’ve completely abandoned entire system of creating live accounts. They ask you to log in with paypal - I tried twice - with my personal account and business. After paypal login it says " You all Set up" and redirect you to Braintree when you see "This account is not connected to any braintree account". What a shitshow. They dont let you any option to create an account even you have sandbox for a few years. Braintree has been nothing but a frustrating black hole of wasted time, energy, and money. We're now switching to Stripe, even though it means rewriting the entire integration from scratch. At least they have proper support and a working system you can trust.Do yourself a favor: avoid them. It’s a complete disaster. Braintree is a shitshow all around

Appaling, and frankly, quite worrying. simple query on the 13/12/23 , no response, 7 days later, bot query, asking if i was happy with my response, i replied, no, terrible service, and concerning with the amount of money i have on the app, a week later, another bot asking me if i was happy with the response, asking me if i had emailed their @crypto.com helpline, which i had 2 weeks ago, no reply, then another email, asking if i was happy, i repeated, that, no, you havent replied, or sorted, my simple reply to my response, 2 weeks ago. its now 3 weeks, and no response. i would have to say, if you are thinking of holding any kind of assets with these guys, think twice. Last chance
