Absolutely the most horrible customer service ever!!! We have a business number that we have had for 30 years, we have a device we use to forward the calls we get from the business to my husbands cellphone, they decided to retire the device and the number became unavailable, they didn't bother tell us about it, but they sure were happy to collect payment from us, I had to call to find out what was going on, I called at 9:30am trying to get someone to help me figure out what happened, finally I asked for them to give me a transfer pin number, they told me we will text it to you to the number, I told them you can't because it's not a cellphone, it's just a landline that gets forwarded, we kept going back and forth with it, they kept giving me the run arounds I made numerous attempts with different reps so I finally gave up at 1:45pm, we decided it was best to go in person to a comprate store, only to be told there was nothing they can do, we could not lose that number so we were forced to transfer our cellphone services to them, I explained to them that 2 of those lines we have are in Southern California, we live in Northern California, my parents phones are old and still requires a SIM card, the rep told me to give it 24 hours so I can add my father to manage the account so he can go into a store and have them put a SIM card, I told them I need their phones on now because my mother is receiving dialysis treatments and in case of an emergency they need their phones on, she told me they can go to the nearest store and they will do that for them as long as I'm on the phone and give authority to do so, I call the store and they said I had to be there physically after I literally just told him I lived in San Jose 😑 he then said I had to wait 30 days to be able to add my father to the account, then he can go and get a SIM card, I once again called AT&T customer service and kept getting the run around once again, I asked again to give me a transfer pin number because at this point I refused to have them as a cellphone carrier and again they refused to do so. They are the worst cellular company!!! I regret that we had to forcefully transfer our awesome services we had with Verizon and go with such a horrible company, makes me so angry I was forced to transfer so I don't lose the business number 😡

I thought the hassle I went through when I cancelled my subscription to Mcafee back in 2021 was a one time bad experience... imagine my surprise when I found a charge for $149.99 on my credit card a couple days ago!! This scandalous company auto-renewed my subscription 2 years after I cancelled it without my permission! Today, I was forced to spend nearly an hour on the phone with a customer service rep who tried to convince me that I had renewed my su7bscription 2 years ago rather than cancelling it! I literally had to pull up my email from 2 years ago and read it to the guy before he finally agreed to give me my refund. They say the money should be back on my card in 1-3 business days, however, I don't trust this company to follow through, so I called my credit card company and reported the charge as fraud just to be sure. This company is scandalous, but then again, what can anyone really expect from a company that was created by a lying, murdering thief like John Mcafee!

Pathetic, really pathetic. Articles are a bunch of cut and paste which contradicts themselves WITHIN THE SAME ARTICLE!!! Example, first they say that sweating does not burn many calories but then later in the article they recommend to sweat in order to burn more calories.... please, at least have someone read the articles before publishing....

Great customer service call from the Post code Lottery Edinburgh. The customer service person Selina was clear, polite and explained in detail about the post code lottery. There was no pressure at all and enrollment felt safe and reassuring of the security details.I also liked that she explained about what charities the lottery supports which is important to know where the money goes.I was not sure if I should join however I'm glad I have now.Excellent customer service from her.

I am watching the Giants vs. Steelers on Monday Night Football. In a word it is AWFUL. I remember when MNF was the best with great announcers. What happened??The announcers on this game bring no excitement and are very boring. They seemed bored. I realize there are challenges due to Covid but by way of comparison Fox was excellent yesterday. They had crowd noise and the announcers were excellent. It felt like a normal Sunday of football. Tonight is a HUGH letdown. Poor job ESPN.

I went to set up Venmo account. I might be an idiot, but I had trouble finding out how to 1) set up a bank account, 2) transfer money.Venmo has NOT been helpful. I think these are pretty simple questions. I would like to have a 10 to 15 minute conversation with a REAL PERSON.I don't know if there are REAL PEOPLE working at Venmo.

I have always been a Samsung buyer, all electronics and appliances. But things have changed. The oven I purchased just came out of warranty and the convection fan broke and it will not hold the temperature it is set at. I called Samsung, they sent a guy over to fix it, but they did not tell me they no longer make the part that was needed. So I had to pay the guy $225 to not fix my oven. When I called Samsung back because I was upset they basically just said sorry, go find a junk yard and a local guy to repair it...which would have been fine had they told me before they sent the guy. And I already told them it was the fan, and the guy they sent before he even looked at it said we don't make this part anymore. So everyone knew before they sent him. Total scam. I will never buy Samsung again.

I purchased an HP wireless printer which has terrible wireless connections. I can only print 1-2 pages at a time and I get kicked off. HP has replaced two printers and will not allow me to purchase an ethernet printer without being charged a fee for breaking the current “all-in-one” contract. They are dishonest and awful to work with. I strongly suggest no one enter into the “all-in-one” contracts and also don’t buy a wireless printer. Richard has been polite but very obstinate and doesn’t plan to deviate from the “rules” even though they are losing a customer.

JotForm is new to us, but so far we are so impressed! So many options and seamless integration make it highly useful to us. We're just in the beginning stages but are considering upgrading so we can use it in many different areas. Very well done product.

Been a regular user of this tool for over 12 years now, and have to say that recently their customer service, never as brilliant as claimed in the reviews on this site, has evaporated completely and it feels like that has happened since their latest takeover. New owners reducing service level?There is no way to talk to them unless you are a "premium" user at over £139 per month, no response to e-mails, tweets and no support phone number available at all.Why am I trying to talk to them? because their mobile app has disappeared and it was useful.Very useful. My question is only where has it gone, and if it has been withdrawn, when will there be a replacement?I think it might be time to change service provider.
