I purchased an HP wireless printer which has terrible wireless connections. I can only print 1-2 pages at a time and I get kicked off. HP has replaced two printers and will not allow me to purchase an ethernet printer without being charged a fee for breaking the current “all-in-one” contract. They are dishonest and awful to work with. I strongly suggest no one enter into the “all-in-one” contracts and also don’t buy a wireless printer. Richard has been polite but very obstinate and doesn’t plan to deviate from the “rules” even though they are losing a customer.
