I have used Fiverr on a few occasions and generally disappointed with 99% of the gigs I used. It's full of con men trying to make you part with your hard earned money. The vast majority of the gigs I have used have caused more harm than good to my business.If you're lucky enough to find a decent person, stay with them because the likelihood of being ripped off on Fiverr is around 99@%. The dispute resolution isn't extended to a long enough period. You're pushed to accept the delivery of the service and if you don't it's accepted automatically by the system. However, some things take longer than a couple of days to see results. If the gig fails you, which they almost always do, you're screwed up as you don't have an option to take an action. You text the gig but they ignore your requests knowing there isn't anything you can do about it. Third world people from third world countries offering a third world services. The most annoying thing is when they start haggling like they are at a cattle market in Punjab or Marrakesh or something and slap you with an offer which is 2-3 times higher than the highest listed offer on the gig, as stated above FIVERR IS PURELY A THIRD WORLD SERVICE delivered by third world people who bring their own unique forms of dishonesty

I had a "individual" account. Was trying to upgrade it to a different tier that stated a cost Of $60.00. I am the only user. I missed seeing the much smaller print on the site which stated a three user minimum. I guess my 70 year eyes are not as good they used to me. I put in my credit card and it went through. AFTER it went through, it displayed a confirmation charge of $180. (those 3 users). I immediately tried calling them, chatting with them, but couldn't get through the correct number. I sent them an email to their billing dept which was the only email address I could fine. They responded without directly stating if they would refund the money. I am still waiting for a response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE OTHER ALTERNATIVES. I PLAN TO WITE AS MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT BOX.COM I CAN SO OTHERS WILL NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.

Confusing, can't review sent messages, everyone (including wedding shower only invitees) was convinced they were going to the wedding because of the misleading homepage that you CANNOT edit. Caused serious problems with our Amazon.com wedding registry. &&&& you can only send texts of 120 characters or less -- that makes it very hard to clarify wedding details via text. Caused way more trouble than help. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Beware of this unprofessional company, auto subscription that increases and when I ask for a refund immediately after i get charged, they don't agree to process the refund even though i have cancelled my plan. They offer a credit for next time i pay for a subscription thenthey removeit when i insist on getting a refund. Very childish behavior from Joanna in their customer support and I will follow through with a chargeback and don't think i'm not going to seek legal action on a 150$ it's chump change but i'm willing to pay for legal fees. Anyway for startups avoid at all costs

Customer support (specifically Dhananjay S.) helped me greatly troubleshooting an issue I had in connecting my domain to Google Workspace. She was very prompt, patient and was able to solve my issue! Great company, would definitely recommend this domain service just for the quick customer support if ever needed!

I sent it at 08.08.2016, at 11.08.2016 , i get message from service that display is cracked , when i was sending it display was in one piece , so i wrote to then in the same day , that i want photos and estimate. i didn't get any reply by one week , so after that week (19.08.2016) i wrote that i want my laptop back.today we have 26.08.2016 and i still don't get any reply or laptop. This is some kind of joke not service

Ebays buyer protection is non existent , there advice on items that dont arrive is different every time you contact them. I opened a dispute through paypal and they told me to close it as they would sort it ,then told me the opposite. Lost me as a customer after 20 years due to sellers who give a tracking number then take days or weeks to send the item.

eBay is the worst company to work with! I lost thousands of dollars as a seller with eBay, charging a lot of fees and taking zero responsibility for my lost. The new techniques the bad guys are using is buying something, three to four weeks later request to return the item and send the item to a wrong address in order for the item to return back to them, in the meantime they get refunded by eBay and keep the items. The customer service is zero, hiring rough English speaking whom none of them can really help you to resolve any issues.My last deception from eBay is recently I sold an item and they declared that I have a low performance and I will be getting paid in up to seven months.I think this company has no credibility and the consumer department, the United States Congress, and the Attorney General’s office should put an investigation on behalf of the public. Also Google only allowed review on social companies, I was looking to put a review on Google platform, there is no such thing for this crooks.Enough is enough, stop abusing the American people to that extreme.Thanks

The customer service on shipping address change was awful. I input the correct address but when I clicked on 'submit' online, the system automatically switched it back to a previous address. Ulta customer support said they could not change the address. They asked me to refuse the package when it was delivered. But when the postman delivered the package, he did not knock the door so I was not aware of the delivery. I just called 'Ontrac', the shipping service partnered with Ulta. Again, they said nothing they can do and ask me to contact Ulta... It's a circle, back and forth and nobody helped me. What Ontrac customer told me was incorrect. They told me they can change the address for me once it arrives in their PHX facility location, and I can call them to change it. But the package only stayed there for 3 mins and out for delivery. How could I manage to change the address within such a short transition time? TOTALLY FRUSTRATION for both companies: ULTA BEAUTY and ONTRAC shipping.
