I sent my laptop to Warranty Service in Poland , because view was pink. I sent it at 08.08.2016, at 11.08.2016 , i get message from service that display is cracked , when i was sending it display was in one piece , so i wrote to then in the same day , that i want photos and estimate. i didn't get any reply by one week , so after that week (19.08.2016) i wrote that i want my laptop back.today we have 26.08.2016 and i still don't get any reply or laptop. This is some kind of joke not service
