Fox stuck in its own hole

I used to watch THIS channel to get fair and balanced news but now they are crooked and tilted. At least the "left" channels let you know they are partisan . I know now why it's called fox--they think they are sly and clever. I will get my news from Newsmax from now on. Good luck to you Murdoch family since YOU GOT IT.

Order from Barnes & Noble shipped to old address not in my profile -- how?

I ordered an item from Barnes & Noble online. On day of delivery I noticed at the bottom of the UPS tracking page a reference to shipping to a PO Box. So, at that point I realize that Barnes & Noble has somehow shipped to an address that I have not used in at least 3 yrs! I immediately logged back on to the site to see if I had missed an entry for my old address somewhere in my account and address settings. Nope! It was nowhere to be found and cannot figure out how they could have done this. I called them to let them know and they basically said there was nothing they would do for me nor could they explain. As far as they're concerned it was not their problem! Since I live elsewhere now, I don't have the option of going to the PO to get it and Barnes & Noble said if it's returned to them they will give me a refund. Not good enough! They OWE me a replacement for that item now. As far as I'm concerned I will never do business with them again. I don't need that kind of treatment.

My experience with Bitdefender has been great, they are so helpful and professional when you call. I called regarding my system and by the time I returned home my computer was faster. Years, ago a computer technician advised that instead of using that anti-virus I should get Bitdefender; I never forgot that, and time later I remembered and did exactly that. I have Bitdefender and I am very pleased to have such awesome service. Any time a computer technician recommends a company out of the blue, it must be good. I would recommend Bitdefender to anyone, and you too will be pleased that you did.

I wanted to cancel my subscription, but it wasn't possible, so I contacted the support. I was then offered 70% off my annual subscription or the option to extend my subscription for another year for free. I would advise every customer to cancel their subscription to receive this discount. The stupid customers should pay, and those who say something get discounts that are a real pain. Well done! Bitdefender!

Defective equipment and warranty not honored.After jumping through all the hoops to get the warranty approved for replacement of my slim folio keyboard, I was told the replacement would be shipped within 24 to 48 hours and I would receive an email with the tracking information. Neither was received so I contacted the CS person again and was told the same thing. Nothing again, so I contacted a third time. This time I was told an update would be sent once the replacement has been shipped. Still nothing.After three times of being lied to I am stuck with a keyboard where the left shift key fell off. Never again will I waste my money on anything this company makes!

Nothing to watch on Christmas Day

Nothing to watch on Christmas Day. Same old morning rubbish followed by cookery shows.Where was the entertainment ???There used to be special Christmas shows..now it the same as every other day…but with tinsel…utter garbage. Also upcoming drama? Series about Hillsborough! A sad event but there are many sad events and I am sick of Hillsborough being dug up over and over again..give it a rest….find something new.

A person who stole my identity and is harssing people while pretending to be me. I just spent an hour with FS support, and had to listen to the support person explain to me over and aover and over that this didn't happen and I got frustrated because-just like always, calling for support is a big fail. The two women I spoke with just don't want to offer any sort of assistance> I'm reporting it to cyber crimes FBI. Second woman kept arguing with me, trying to explain how this is NOT possibly happening. I offered to send her the screenshot, she argued that it's not possible to create a screenshot of the webpage. she also told me NOT to send her the screenshot. She didn't want to see it She gave me a headache. I hung on on her when she wouldn't stop arguing. You recall when this began four years ago. It has taken away any pleasure I once had doing geneaology. This has been a constant for four years. Each time, it's reported, Family Search support claims it's not true
