I wanted to cancel my subscription, but it wasn't possible, so I contacted the support. I was then offered 70% off my annual subscription or the option to extend my subscription for another year for free. I would advise every customer to cancel their subscription to receive this discount. The stupid customers should pay, and those who say something get discounts that are a real pain. Well done!
