Obvious scam

Obvious scam. Advertising a “night with Al Pacino” in Wales! Easily checked by looking at the venues website with no such event listed. You would have to be completely stupid to book this particular event. Why the hell would Al Pacino take part in an event in Wales for God’s sake?!

NEGATIVE STARS - 1000 for the win!

If I could give negative stars, I would. AT&T is a JOKE! I don’t even have service with them but I have a conjunction box of theirs in my yard. A box that is broken with live wires. I have called A MILLION TIMES and requested it be removed. Long story short, a month later it is still there. When I get the courage to shock myself, I will do the job, and then sue tf out of them. If I die, they will still pay for my kids college so not a complete loss. Absolute GARBAGE!

UpdateJust up graded them to 3 star. Here is what happened. I asked them to cancel the order. They can not do it as their systems don’t let them, and sometime in the distant future it might arrive (not holding my breath), but they were at least honest enough to acknowledge the issue and have committed in writing to refund me whilst asking me if the order is delivered I donate it to charity. I will therefore make a charitable donation to the value or the order when or if I get it.Original reviewI have a order outstanding from early December it is in warehouse and says can not be cancelled, I am told they have delivery issues. I asked customer services to help and they told me they would guarantee shipment as soon as possible. They lied they could ship now using there existing courier they did not, they could if they have issues with one courier ship with another. So stuck, eventually at their convenience they might decide to ship my orders but they would not let me cancel that and they won’t unblock them despite a promise to do so. They advertise 5 days to answer an email. What you get is an everything is awesome response which simply does not answer the question which buys they an extra 5 days, and makes a conversation to resolve impossible. I love Lego my kids love it my grandkids love it , we own sets worth a fortune on the resale market, but Lego don’t love their customers and treat them like dirt. It is so sad to read Trustpilot and see many many people with the same experience.

Review of samsung

Customer service non-existent.

I was given an apology £25 voucher for a late delivery. When trying to use this voucher, it didn’t work. I chased them and chased them to try and get a voucher that worked and they were utterly useless (usually didn’t reply, or asked me to chase another team who didn’t reply). In the end I was unable to use the voucher. Customer service is non-existent.

Extremely disappointing

Terrible customer service and no flexibility at all! I've been using samsung for over 15 years now and I have never experienced this through to a supplier. I came to buy directly from Samsung as I had some discount and the phone I wanted was only available through them. Wish I didn't! My previous phone broke so I had to go on the customer service chat to get help to be able to log onto my account from a friend's phone. After being on there for 3h, being transferred back and forth a million times they couldn't help. Then once I managed to sort it with the help of a friend, I went on to buy my new phone the following day which took me 2 hours because they weren't accepting my details. Again, 2hours on the chat, with no positive outcome, not to mention that the phone was put on me twice!Then at the ckeckout I found out my phone will be delivered 1 MONTH (!!!) later even though it said in stock when I put it in the cart. As I received a great discount and I don't exactly have £1000 to spend on a phone somewhere else I made my peace with it. Then couple weeks in I found out I will be working different shift on the week of the delivery. Got on the dreaded chat again only to be told it isn't possible to change the address and I should cancel and place the order again and wait another month. So I thought I will try to change that with the delivery company the day before the delivery as there's usually an option for that. They told me that only Samsung can change it and they should be able to do so. On the chat again, being told it is not possible. By this time I was fuming and extremely disappointed. This is a simple process, no issue anywhere else but here. Customer journey should be easy and straight forward, not long winded and extremely difficult. I'm so unhappy and disappointed that won't be coming back here ever again, no matter what the offer is as it just doesn't worth the hussle and stress! Extremely disappointing from a huge company like Samsung!!!

Charges without authorization

They will continue to charge you after cancellation. Months of $20 charges on my account while my account status is CLEARLY "inactive" (even says so on their site) and I have gone back and forth with their "help center" a number of times. RIP. OFF. Oh, and they do that thing where you can't get into your account and delete your credit card info after you sign up for a service.
