Order a sideboard from them, order was supposed to be delivered within a week. Then the furniture arrival time kept getting pushed back or not being updated at all. Between reaching out to Wayfair and FedEx no one could give me a straight answer on where my furniture was, when it finally was delivered the box was extremely damaged. The contents inside had damage as well. When I reached out to their customer service team about replacing the damaged parts/replacing the item I had to repeat the conversation between two different parties (Wayfair and the Manufacturer). Each time this happened it took 24 hours to get a response. There still has been no resolution and customer service just keeps saying “it takes time”. They have been the least helpful customer service experience I have ever had. No straight answers, all non-committal, and just seem to be trying to pacify the customer instead of trying to find a solution. As much as I would like to update this review with a more positive review I can’t. The replacement pieces they sent showed up damaged as well. If fact, there was wood glue and tool marks on them that made it appear like they had been used and then returned to the manufacturer only to be sent to us. The box also showed with an Amazon return label in it that had nothing to do with us or the furniture that we had bought. I’m so beyond disappointed.

Very easy to choose a domain name, and very affordable. It was just slightly tricky to figure out how to connect my new domain name to me server, but the help documentation and videos helped me figure it out. The Dynadot dashboard is easy to navigate.

I thought i was subscribing to calm radio... But this another company. The people a calm radio was great help... BUT after paying and money came out of account and can not get into my account at all. I can not get intouch with them anyway... No phone... Email. No way to contact to get in the account... To cancel... Nothing... I just want to at least get what i paid for. Can anyone help????

Repeatedly marks perfectly legitimate emails (talking SPF / DKIM / DMARC in order for the techies, with even DANE working), no matter how often you move them into your inbox. Whitelisting a domain? Yeah, they have a form for it, but it doesn't work either.If all email services behaved as bad, email communication would be a nightmare!

Absolutely awful experience with Chase. Was a First Direct customer for years with no problems whatsoever, but changed to Chase because of no charges for using card abroad. Experienced the most shocking service. Chase for no reason apart from me enquiring to revert to my maiden name decided to put my account on hold with no notice & blocking my access to the app so unable to contact anyone. The 0800 number wasn’t able to assist with card & app problems & the dept that query accounts don’t accept incoming calls so were unable to assist. I was left stranded at work in the City of London as no funds to get home as card wouldn’t work. 2 days & 7 calls later, I still have no access to my money & as yet, I’ve received no response. Decided to return to First Direct as trustworthy bank with the best customer service team. Feel ignored & very let-down. Banking with Chase has been an absolute shambles *Update* 1st July & still no help from Chase & still unable to access my account
