I used to love the Food Network and learned so much but now it seems tired and old. I immediately switch the channels when I see ANOTHER Diners, Drive-in and Dives show. Can't there be vegan or vegetable forward shows as this type of eating is very trendy popular now??

Huge piece of junk. I am stuck on the platform but I would never suggest it. Save yourself the headache. Data import tool is my biggest complaint. There is no way to just bulk update price only. We all have price increases. Rarely do we need to update product names and categories in bulk. Their garbage tool forces you to update product name and categories. The categories come in as text values and can be quite long. Our update toll used to work fine, but all of the sudden, it crashes after 1 row of data is updated. The data is 100% right from their export. Takes the first row, then hangs. Have to delete the row that was imported, resave the csv, then upload again. Imagine doing this hundreds or thousands of times. Total garbage. Wish I never migrated to them!

This review is made for Xbox design Labs, Microsoft and Xbox.- Absolutely 5 star customer service. Ordered an Elite controller through design labs and within 3 months it unfortunately had stick drift. Reached out to Microsoft, returned the controller and they replaced it and all the accessories without any problems! Very impressed with their customer service that handled the issue as well!

In the weeks before the holidays I downloaded both Lords of Midnight and Doomdarks Revenge, however both failed to load via the app. These are classic, well loved games so I was disappointed. I contacted tech support and Falran logged on to help me. A couple of times they still didn’t work but Falran was confident and committed. In the end his support got them working! Impressive and professional customer service! 10/10.

Do not order from Envato or Themeforest. No customer support what so ever. I bought a theme from them put out by their author Themelogi called Wanium. It cannot be used so I contacted Themelogi several time and they did not reply. When I asked for a refund, both Envato and Themelogi refused the refund.

My parcel was sent all over to the wrong places. When it finally turned up it had been opened the box stuffed with rubbish wrapped in a plastic Royal Mail bag strapped up with elastic bands. None of the items I ordered in the box. I have been messaging customer service for 2 days being asked the same stupid questions over and over again by an inefficient BOT. Then when I finally get connected to a person they ask the same questions over and over and don’t make any sense then they close. A £75 order and I have no items which are now all out of stock and not getting anywhere - absolutely disgusted Now on day 5, still being asked same questions over and over by different advisors and getting nowhere. Absolutely worst customer service ever experienced

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for a very long time, when it was called Wachovia. During all of these years, I have never received such an extraordinary service as I did last week by Ms. Pierce Williams at the Fairview Rd. branch in Simpsonville, SC. I'm very well impressed. She provided the best customer service I have ever had. She went out of her way to help me with all my banking needs: change my checking account, buy a new CD; and even helped me navigate my own phone to set a digital payment method. She dedicated lots of time to me and not even once she pressured me to get any extra services that I didn't need or wanted. She is indeed extraordinary. She is a role model for other employees. I sincerely think she should be training others in how to work in a customer service position. I sincerely hope she will be well compensated and with a good salary so she will never want to go to another job.

I saw an offer on 11/11 to buy a $100 gift card via Restaurant.com for only $11.11 cents. When I received a redemption code I read the fine print. The gift card could only be used at certain well known restaurants to discount meals. Morale of the story. Offers that look too good are in fact bogus. I complained for several days demanding they issue a full refund to my credit card company. In fact I called my credit card company that same day and told them what happened. They said try and work it out first and then call them back. Mashable does not offer customer service phone support. Another good indication they are a scam company. I will now call my credit card company back today and hope they will issue me a credit. Also I forgot to add this.Mashable says all offers are final!Update as of 11-18-Mashable finally relented and gave me a credit for the full amount and tax on my credit card.

I bought my sofa set back into 2018 total cost $3500 and I paid an extra $350 for stupid warranty WORRI NO MORE ! a service that they offer, which is a BIG BIG SCAM. Every time when I try to schedule an appointment with those idt they just ignore me. so if you love your money don’t Buy it, big mistake. I’m surprise that Macys still offering the service of those F scammers

Terrible experience with their customer service. Slow responses to emails. Unproductive solutions. I had a Logitech Z5500 Sound System. One day everything was working fine. The next day, the direct in (Aux port) stopped working. I thought this was curious... So I waited a couple days -- nothing changes. So then I email them and they come back telling me to use compressed air to clean the ports and all that. I do that, and still doesn't work and I let them know. They tell me to unplug everything and plug everything back in. When I plugged everything back in, nothing would turn on. The controller pod somehow got broken. I emailed them saying that happened. It was sort-of working before I emailed them, and after I followed their steps to 'clean' and try to fix things, I end up with a system that is completely useless. Pretty ticked off at the fact that happened. I told them what happened and then they offered no apologies. They even offered me a 'discount' link to their products, and what do you know! They only had Keyboards and Mice packages for sale on their 'discount' (which ends up being like 10-20$ off) page. I've used Logitech equipment for many years, and have upgraded from many sound systems. But if I'm paying 500$ for a new system and TERRIBLE customer service, I'll be looking at other alternatives. Completely unimpressed with their service and I can't believe they don't make the control pods anymore. I'm sure it's a great way to keep your customers.

Express VPN would not connect to service. I followed suggested repair process but it failed. I could not uninstall it because it was connected. The chat person walked me through using a Microsoft tool to clear the problems in the app list. Once done I was able to uninstall and reinstall the app.
