If I could give SquareSpace 0 stars I would have. Ever since my first day using this company I have had issues. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Honestly, I can't even call it the worst because it is not existent, the chat is never available because THAT MANY PEOPLE NEED SUPPORT. Emails and Twitter are a waste because even if you get a reply it is not helpful and often unrelated. DO yourself a favor DO NOT GET A WEBSITE WITH SQUARESPACE, although their webpage builder is easy and they have great templates that's where it stops.

They take down negative reviews for completely bogus reasons and do not follow their own guidelines. First they said that they took it down because I included confidential information, though all I added to my review was information about PUBLIC legal matters and related information that is not considered confidential in US labor law and my employer's contract. Then when I clarified all that in my review, they gave me a totally new BS reason and said it violated community guidelines because they had reason to believe I was not an employee ever or at least in the last five years. First of all, that is not a listed reason in their community guidelines for removal. That does not even make sense since the reviews are confidential. Second, most of the information I gave was public records of events in the last few months! They clearly are reaching for whatever they can to protect the employers that pay them protection money. I hope they get what happened to Yelp. I'll do whatever I can to make sure they do.

Had problems with a key and contacted the support team right away. The first support agent couldn't do much since the key was region locked so I had to contact the indian support team and I must say they were extremely fast at resolving the problem and the support agent was very professional and kind so I'd definitely recommend buying bitdefender.

Very discussing service. Two issues. I have a loan with Wells Fargo that is about 5 years old. Never late always on time with payments. at 4.77% rate. Tried to refinance at lower rate. After 11 months of paperwork and sending documents. and getting TWO SETS of "Letter of APPROVAL". NOTHING. After all that my interest rate goes down only by 1/2% and monthly payment goes up by $100. I gave up after 11 months. Second Due to Corona Virus they was a very heavy waiting line (much more that the usual 10 minutes I used to get). I mailed TWO deposit check to main office to avoid the lines. Both checks that was sent by mail LOST. only found out when I was asked why I haven't cashed those two checks after a month and half. Very discussed with Wells Fargo

I placed an order and without knowing why they cancelled it and refunded my money. This has never happened to me with any online purchase. The truth is that it doesn't seem right to me. I ordered again, if the same thing happens again... they should be more concerned about the customer.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU VISIT TELATRA NARELLAN:I was attended by 3 different salespersons on Thursday 8th December to Sunday, 11th. I went to upgrade my Galaxy S22+ as it was faulty. I had an “upgrade plan” at $15 per month. I was told that Telstra blacklisted me because I had a poor credit rating. After contacting Telstra on 132200, I was told that I had not paid an account. The account they were referring to was for Telstra Platinum for $15 per month. The reason it was declined by my bank was that the bank had blocked my credit card because it had been hacked and Telstra’s account for Direct Debit transaction came precisely at that time. It took 10 days for me to receive my new card in the post, as I need to have the CVV number to pay any bills.This account has absolutely nothing to do with my phone accounts. I have always paid my phone accounts, including mobile phones before the due date for a long time. When I clarified the situation with Elliot, he said he would put the only Galaxy S22 Ultra aside for me and wrote my name on a post-it ticket which he stuck to the phone. He assured me that this phone is mine and would not be sold to anyone else.When I went back on Sunday, 11th December, I was told that the phone was sold to someone else. I could not believe how that could be. Thedy dishonoured their commitment. How can Telstra Narellan ever be trusted again by anyone. I asked to speak with the store manager. His name was Jono. I was treated in a very demeaning way. Besides being nearly twice his age and a professional, he told me, “treat me with respect and I will treat you with respect.” I told him I was not aware that I was treating him with disrespect. He said I was. I am slightly deaf and I usually speak a bit louder so I can hear my own voice and make sure that the person I’m speaking to can also hear me. I did not take my hearing aids with me when I went there.He treated me like he was a god and I was a poor beggar He seemed to me to be very arrogant and self conceited. I did not think that he should treat any Telstra customers like that. He is not fit to be amongst the public and certainly unfit to be a Telstra store manager, or any other company where he has contact with the public. I made a complaint to Telstra head office. He should find or be given a job behind a desk with no public contact.As a Telstra worker and moreso as a Telstra Store Manager he represents Telstra and should treat his customers with respect. There is an old saying, “The customer is always right.”I hope he is dealt with appropriately by his superiors.AC. I am a genuine customer with a genuine complaint.

Choice Home Warranty doesn't deserve this high of a rating. You can't review with Trust pilot without establishing an account, so I've come here. If you enjoy playing cat and mouse, and being run around, by all means, pick Choice Home Warranty. Their customer service sucks at best and they can't keep service personal because of their shady business practices. Our technician had to drive 1.5 hours one way for the many service calls, and nothing was ever resolved. Choice disapproved a second request when additional problems were discovered, and because the technician had attempted to get the system functional, the system got contaminated rendering the brand new compressor unit inoperable and useless. This company will go to great lengths to deny your services, but they're quite anxious to take your money. We've been without AC for 5 weeks in 100+ degree heat; they could care less.

Not gonna lie, Twitter is my favorite SM platform. But I would like to have some improvements made on it. There is a limit of 280 characters when posting a tweet. This is not good since we are limited and cannot fully express ourselves on a tweet. I think this limit should be removed, The user should have a choice of posting a tweet with unlimited characters. if it is not possible, then the limit must be at least up to 1000 characters, so that any user can express his complete idea in a single tweet, instead of posting tweets again and again for the same idea.
