Bought a HP laptop just over two months ago. Has has a fault since just after a month. Been sent to HP twice for repair and twice sent back with same fault. Last repair claimed nothing wrong even though evidence sent. Now trying to complain a number of times and get nowhere. They last advised it would be taken a third time and then the did not collect and the this was moved to the next business day but appears they are not doing this either. Last computer I will purchase from them.
