Unable to access my account via the app so contacted the customer support via email on 20th October, it’s now 15th November and apart from automated messages I am no closer to getting into my account!!!What a joke I think I need to find a more professionally run crypto company to use in future.UPDATE: 15th Nov, Now they want to resolve my problem with me contacting them by email! Review of tesla
It used to be a customer-focused company but sadly lost its way.The user interface is deteriorating with each update and there is no way to provide feedback to the company. For example, right now the playback UI is messed up completely and there's no way to communicate the issue back to the company. There is no point of contact literally, apart from Elon's twitter. The old feedback email address was taken down and the contact from in the customer portal only takes you to a number of FAQ articles. No way to send a real message.

Review of homeadvisor
We have hired two different companies through HomeAdvisor, one was for adding an addition to our house and the other was refinishing hardwood floors. In both cases we had researched other companies in advance and found their estimates to be sky high. The two companies we hired through HomeAdvisor gave us a good value for our money and were very professional.

Review of wayfair
I ordered two sets of dishes in early December. One came on time and one did not. Eventually, I contacted them and was told they would open an investigation. Several weeks later, I finally heard that the order was cancelled. In 2024, I ordered three things from Wayfair and two of them were cancelled -- and not initially by me. During the same period, I had 147 orders from Amazon and had no cancellations although I did return 2 items. In fact, in all of 2024, the ONLY online store that cancelled my orders was Wayfair. Poor service. Poor interactions. No more Wayfair for me.
Review of Shopify
I get text messages with a number and “er din Shop-kode” (it’s in danish and means this is your shop-code) and I don’t have an account nor have I granted Shopify my phone number and there is no way to get in contact with them without creating one, and I won’t! I am scared someone is illegally using my phone number, and I am absolutely furiated with Shopify and their way of forcing people on their platform when they are scared someone is scamming them. @Shopify please help!!!
Review of perplexity
a woke AI that is spreading misinformation. Like for example that carbs are nutrients. If you keep asking in the 4th or 5th question it will admit being wrong. It's like a propaganda machine for the sugar industry and not only. 90% of answers are completely wrong, including things that you can find on google, like medicine and official drugs. Confronted with it's lies, it admits being wrong. Really weird. Completely useless, no way I will pay for this, and I want to pay for a good AI to help me in my life and job. This is not it.

Incredibly convenient. Have been using it for a over a year and realized that there hasn't been a single moment that i have searched for something i couldn't find in the site. The UX is incredibly well designed along with very useful features such as changing the icons colors through multiple methods which is highly essential for software developers as myself.
Review of dynadot
Dynadot stands out for its quick and efficient support, responding promptly to inquiries—even when there aren’t major issues. One of its biggest advantages is the domain registration service via API, which makes managing domains incredibly easy, especially compared to other providers that lack such functionality or restrict access.Another strong point is the accessibility of the API—you don’t need a company to get access, making it ideal for individuals who want automation in their domain registration and management process. Additionally, Dynadot offers some of the most competitive prices for .com domains, making it a great choice for both beginners and advanced users.Overall, Dynadot strikes a perfect balance between price, functionality, and support, making it a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable registrar with a free and accessible API.
