I have ordered so many things from Flipkart from so many years agoNow the ekart delivery boys are so arrogant if they don’t want to come on landmark they will not come and reschedule the product without informing customer From two days my order is getting rescheduled I have complaint to Flipkart customer service too but didn’t got any good solution on it I think now Flipkart is very busy and they don’t have time for the customer I have cancelled my all orders today and deleting my account

Literally the worst company ever. I accidentally bought a game on ps store and i just want a refund immediately. I had to waste my time with a most useless and dunbass chatbot and it asked for my login id and email just to say no agent available. I think we should fund a charity for Sony since they seem hungry for money.

Have you had a change of manager or let the wrong person onto the board or something?I can't tell if you are trying to be really nasty and keep people out, or if you are just totally out of touch?You have secretly changed the rules so lifetime members have to go on their own or pay again if they want to take someone. You have absolutely misjudged why people buy lifetime membership gifts for people. It's obviously not a cost-saving exercise at over £2k a pop. You would have to live for around 25 years and buy NT membership every year just to break even.It's not well advertised, but buried in the small print you've halved the value of lifetime membership from two people / visit to one while at the same time putting the price up by 10%. That's a 120% increase in price!It was very close. We nearly paid you, but realised just in time what you had done.By removing the "take a friend with you if you want" option you've just lost another sale.We bought a lifetime membership for our son three years ago. It was the most expensive gift we ever bought him, but knew that he would always have place to go no matter where he was, no matter how tough life got and no matter who he ended up with. We bought him "happiness after we are gone".We were about to buy the same gift again but now you are selling, "be on your own", "can't invite a friend" and "the gift of loneliness". You have totally missed that National Trust is not always about the buildings, it's about the day out. It's about always having somewhere to go and it's about always being able to take someone somewhere when they just need a friend.Not everyone has £15 to spend when you just want to go somewhere for an hour with someone you care about.You've transformed "Lifetime Membership" into a voucher for a table for one at a restaurant. Who would give someone a gift of one cinema ticket on its own and expect them to be happy?And then you've cut and pasted a response to others complaining about the same thing on Trustpilot, justifying what you've done by saying it's because you want more gift-aid money, and it caused poor sales with your "2 members of the same house package". If you just want more money then sell then sell the +1 option as well and let people choose.Not everyone wants to go somewhere with the same person every month for the rest of their life. You must know that.Be honest, don't hide what you are doing like this. This policy has changed the tone (and by the look of things, the reputation) of the National Trust completely. The current custodians could do well to reflect on how they are performing in comparison to every other generation before them.I'll be keeping the £2200 for now though. There are better gifts available for £2K than making someone walk around a stately home on their own every month for 25 years! National? Maybe. Trust? Maybe not.

I got the Amex gold card at the end of October 2024. I was suppose to receive 90k points+100$ restaurant credit upon using 6k in 6months. At first customer service said you will recive the bonus and cut to March 2025 they are saying no. Filed a formal complaint to Amex customer sevirce and they came back saying you are ineligible. I didnt get any pop up bar saying that you are ineligible for the reward points or anything while applying for the card nor did I get any letter saying that you wont get any bonus reward points. On top if it not even amex customer service knows why i am ineligible to receive points. Straight away scam!!!!

Even those who are free, 300 bucks my friend. Just a scam. Nothing more, nothing less.

Horrible horrible customer service if I was able to give a 0 star I would. Charged me 70 dollars because I had to cancel a booking due to flood damage so now I have to pay for water damage on top of a 70 dollar Bs charge for something I had no control over.

Horrible online shopping experience. Bad customer service. No communication. Their entire customer service team needs to get fired as they’re basically useless. I returned 1 pair of pants & exchanged another pair of pants. I’m the one that had to follow up to see if they received my items. Then I had to keep calling every day to find out when they’ll give me my refund and mail out the exchange. Then I see that they refunded me only half the amount they were supposed to give me… It’s been a nightmare and still dealing with this. No email communication has been sent at all. I still don’t have my exchange and don’t have my full refund and it’s been over a week now. Will never shop online again- or if you do- make sure you only return items in store.

Our refrigerator is only a year and a half old and suddenly stopped working on September 23rd. We called LG and they told us that it is a manufacturers defect and that they will set up a service call along with extending the warranty to 5 years. Well it took us until Oct 10th to finally get an appointment with the Appliance repair. They came out after ordering the compressor left and the freezer worked but not the refrigerator itself so again it was back to LG and the appliance company only to be told they would now need to order the entire system and that would take 10 days. After calling both LG and the appliance company we were told that the part is on back order and they were not sure when they would get here. I called spoke to Customer Care and they put in a claim for either a refund or a new refrigerator which was denied do to the part finally arriving. We heard nothing more from LG after that. The repair was completed 2 days ago almost a month from the first and 48 hours later we now have no freezer or refrigerator. I have made countless calls to LG put on hold lied to and given the run around. I am now being told the claim was reprocessed and that we would need to wait another 5-7 days for an answer. The appliance co is telling us to call LG so that they can open yet another ticket so they can come back out. It is now almost 2 months and a ton of patience later. I am fed up and will now be sending a complaint into the BBB. To top it off we also bought and LG stove that I have had to repair twice and it is not covered under any type of warranty. So needless to say when they say LG life is good, it really means we will lie, keep you on hold, have the worst customer service and could give two s*&(^ less, we have your money and our life is golden without a care in the world. I will never purchase another LG product, they are the worst all around.

Facebook has allowed a video of a family members last words before attempting to take their life to be online for more than 24 hours (insta too). It's disrespectful to the family & the person and also these videos have been watched +/- 2000 times so it's promoting suicide. Multiple people have reported it and contacted Facebook and it's still up. This could give some other poor soul struggling an idea. They need to be more on dangerous content. Is safety or views/ money more important to them?
