Got a defected RMA Quest headset 3…

Got a defected RMA Quest headset 3 times and the 3rd was the worst (with a Pixel failure).Been close to 2 months ever since i contacted the support regarding this matter and till now no answer, no other way of communicating other than chat.They keep saying "im sorry you should have got an answer" every week and that they expedite it but in relaity they just used washed out words to make you think they care but they dont.They just ignore you for weeks/months and give you no support after sending you a defected headset!Worst service i have ever got in my life!!! Someone needs to sue them for breaking their warranty service and not supplying working products and support for paying customers
