Worst customer service. People in accounting were so embarrassing and was having a disgraceful attitude toward me and my restaurant. I was doing advertisements with YELP, and because of Covid-19, I didn't do anything good with my business, and the advertisements didn't help me. All I asked her was some kind of price break for the advertisement I placed with YELP, and due to Covid -19, the advertisement didn't help me in any way. The accounting lady was treating me like I was begging her for some money. I was ready to make another advertisement with YELP, and with this kind of employee attitude, I did not want to deal with YELP at all.
