I have been a loyal customer for probably 7 years. I am so sad that I can no longer tell people to use this product. I can not get a hold of customer service - EVER!!! My photos are black in my video and they have not addressed this since MARCH 2017! I went to check today, because they are asking me to update my membership. My video was downgraded to a 3 second video and I can not access the original video I made during the time that I had a paid membership.....I am beyond beyond beyond disappointed. I keep asking them to call -NOBODY CALLS! Grrrrrrrrr!

unfortunately i cannot give 0 stars. worst company i have ever dealt with. taken £500.00 of my money - £350.00 worth is aparently a "lost package" but they cannot refund me for 3 weeks? so i will just have to tell my kids that Santa is too busy this year and christmas will be 2 weeks late! absolutely ridiculous. i am new to amazon this is my first big order and rime subscription. lesson learnt. will never ever use these scammers and thieves again!

Appalling customer support — Stay away from LG

Appalling customer support! Stay well away from this brand, if you buy a TV and it breaks, it will cost you more to repair it than to buy a new one. 43' 4k tv broke, cost £275, quote to get it fixed £350. Told to speak with a local engineer as they might be able to provide more support than the actual brand.
