I loved being able to work with a person to get my order completed. It makes it feel much less sterile than the internet does at times. As far as the order afterwards goes, I'm not super happy with the fact the listing immediately disappears.. Now any images or descriptions that I had as proof, if something were to go wrong, are obliterated. The guitar hasn't gotten here yet and already I'm anticipating having to fight to get the case that the listing said it had shipped also. This happened on my previous guitar order last year. but now I do not have access to the listing as it was immediately taken down after the sale was complete. Hopefully, I'm being a worry ward due to the previous experience but time will tell.

Google One claims you can connect up to 5 family members but makes it EXCEEDINGLY hard to do so. I have spent hours with customer chat just to get one account connected and we are not there yet. No compensation for their service's problems. I regret purchasing and do not recommend.

I found a book online that I need a desperately being advertised by Chegg. The book they have listed for $19.99. I went on their site to buy it and what happened was I had to open an account to even look and then once I open the account of course I couldn’t find the book for that price instead of $19.99. They want $65. I took pictures of the ad that they had a listed for $19.99 and I sent it to them requesting that they would do the right thing in honor that advertisement they had up. And they rudely refused me. I showed them that I even took a picture of the ad for the book for $19.99 and they continue to rudely refuse me the price listed.

I agree with other reviewers about not being able to give "0" stars because Best Buy and Tech Nation both have brutal customer service. I bought a laptop online on Dec 31. On Jan 3, I received an email that it had shipped. On Jan 7, I received an email that the item was out of stock and that I would get a refund in 7 days. Absolutely disgraceful. I've spent a good bit of money at Best Buy but not anymore.

Horrible company using very scammy tactics to rob money without rendering services. Do not recommend at all costs. Started using this website for images, got asked for monthly subscription to get a few credits per month for purchasing images. Of course no one needs images every month so most of the credits are wasted and they don't even leave the unused credits in your account! Like that's just bizzare when you paid for something but they just never give you the unused credits!Secondly, after months of subscribing to their useless scammy subscription without purchasing ANY image I went to cancel it and they asked to charge you another month's costs just for cancellation!! WOW!Thirdly after contacting customer service for issuing refund of the months of unused services including the month which only 1 credit was used and i asked for remaining credits of that month to be issued back to my account, they refused my request.So after all, they charged me over $30 for one image for one month, now if I want to purchase another image I have to pay another $30 for some package I never wanted, or enter absolutely useless subscription. Really bad experience. They should charge cost per image instead of imposing these unfair terms to customers and tie them into their scams. STAY AWAY!Please get your act together and act with ethics

I requested a ride after landing in Detroit. After waiting for almost 10 min of waiting and paying from priority pick up, the driver showed showed up and requested that I pay another $100 on top of the charges. He then had the audacity to charge cancellation fee for me not showing up. This resulted in me being late for a meeting almost an hour as I had to take a taxi to my meeting place. Will not recommend Lyft as this was not a pleasant experience

First order was stellar! I even recommended it to everyone I know. I signed up for the $60 yearly membership, placed another order and it was cancelled. Tried the next day-cancelled. Literally every order I place is cancelled. On hold with some customer service lady that is mumbling into her phone. Can't understand a word she says. They offered me $5 through this automated system. But when I said 'proceed' as prompted, it didn't respond. Absolute garbage.

I have an LG washing machine keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi A service person was here and I was able to duplicate the problem. LG response the machine washes clothes they have no fix for it they know that they’re having problems with this WiFi Disconnections they won’t give me my money back or give me a new machine they don’t care. It doesn’t even matter that they heavily advertised this machine has Wi-Fi enabled and all the neat things that you can do when it’s connected

Ordered in-stock (and still in-stock as of writing this) Christmas gifts 30 days before Christmas and they have shown nothing but disregard for not only myself, but many, many others (as evidenced by all the negative posts about them this holiday). A week after ordering I was informed by them there would be some shipping delays. I waited another week before reaching out and was informed that my order would be put in a priority queue with Crunchyroll doing everything they could to ensure delivery by Dec. 23rd. Then I heard nothing, so I reached out again and was just informed that my order would be shipped 2 day priority with no guarantee of a Christmas delivery attached. I reached back out to them once more to enquire about this and now they have gone silent. Seems that my kids will not be alone in not getting the gifts they wanted. I have canceled my membership because of this as I can not support a business that treats its customers like they mean so little to them.

In my case is very hard to say something that I like. Why?? well, being your customer for many years and living in technological era you sure have my records. That alone should be enough to speed up whole process. But no, you are going about like I just came from some wilderness and you have to check everything from the day I was born, not mentioned asking questions about person that I was sending money to.
