Brutal customer service

I agree with other reviewers about not being able to give "0" stars because Best Buy and Tech Nation both have brutal customer service. I bought a laptop online on Dec 31. On Jan 3, I received an email that it had shipped. On Jan 7, I received an email that the item was out of stock and that I would get a refund in 7 days. Absolutely disgraceful. I've spent a good bit of money at Best Buy but not anymore.
