Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, spoke to below people:- Sebastian, ref: 451 746 73- Mark Specket, ref: 452 640 00- Beth, ref: 45360 699Purchased a bookcase, upon getting it home noticed that the top part and floating shelf were damaged.After many calls, I have still not received the floating shelf... there has been numerous calls, discussions and promises.Each of the above Ikea representatives state they will follow through and ensure the damaged item is dispatched, but as soon as they are off the line, you hear nothing from them. They blame the warehouse team for not sending out the part, but do not take any responisbility in resolving this long standing issue.No escalation is possible either. Atrocious service from them.Avoid wasting your time with Ikea.
