-100 stars for completely abysmal 'help' and EA customer 'service' for Sims 4.EA completely hates its customers, apparently, because it is impossible to get help after they have COMPLETELY DELETED ALL my games overnight. This is the error code they gave me and the problem they have created:"ea error code EC:10000Your library is emptyPurchase games or join ea play to start building your libraryYou don’t have accessThis title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again"To summarize, they have deleted all my purchased games and signed me out of my account plus are so far completely abysmally incapable of fixing their errors and helping me. Any time I've needed help it has always been a VERY PAINFUL experience but this is the worst yet as I can't even get access to their so-called 'help/customer service'.It is a huge shame because the Sims 4 game is excellent but ea consistently ruin the experience by being completely, utterly, abysmally useless in providing any 'service' or 'help' whatsoever when they create problems (multiple times) with their updates, or today, with having signed me out of my account and DELETED ALL MY EA GAMES FROM MY LIBARY. ea is the reason why I will NEVER EVER waste any more money on their products because they are liable to delete them, as now, for no reason whatsoever. So they have stolen my games that I bought with good money and are incapable, so far, of reinstating my games that I PAID for.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. We have 7 nest cameras and our doorbell that is less than 6 months old stopped working. I tried for weeks to communicate with the company about a warranty replacement. One day I came home and it will not power on. Getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare. And once you get a hold of someone well, let's just say they are no help. I would not recommend at all. I love the cameras when they work. But if you have issues than it is another story.

I spent three months at "Hartley…

I spent three months at "Hartley Hospital" earlier in 2023 detained under the "135 Mental health act"Sadly this detention was based on a Mersey care "Psychiatrist" and "Hartley Hospital" in-house medical reports from which all reports content had been heavily contrived and fabricated!! Ultimately this unfounded process came from a complaint I had made to the police in late 2019 in connection with some serious criminality and threats directed my way! The police showed an unusual disinterest but would not follow up my complaint although I'd had names / addresses / registration numbers...I felt I had stumbled on something "out of bounds" In my ignorance I attended a voluntary interview from recommendation by the police!? with the then "Hesketh Centre" psychiatrist, the interview was strained to say the least..the report which I requested several days later as I've suggested abundant with lies and a character assassination!!Meanwhile having done masses of research on the let's say "Cyber crime" I'm still having serious issues with,.. earlier in 2023 made further complaints to the police...of course again produced nothing!In early March 23 received a visit from Hartley associates with the detention order (it seems they were concerned about me) so the "draconian" detention was carried out!I've pursued complaints with various legal departments and over the last several months ongoing..I was recommended by the "Medical Ombudsman" to follow up the ICO for help..Emails back and forth have produced nothing!! I do feel let down by the "system" more than ever now with the medical profession in the "Spotlight" as never before!I remain "targeted"..my phones / PCs continuously hacked, ongoing email intrusions / password changes and much more and the far more serious "Cyber crime" I referred to is a very present and current threat..

Charged currency of their choice

I booked rooms using Agoda and in my profile my currency was set as SGD. What I don't understand is why they charged me in USD. Spoken to customer service and they told it MAY have been a glitch and wanted me to cancel and rebook. The prices are much higher as its close to date and we are travelling as a group so rooms are limited and we had to scatter to different hotels which is not ideal. They also mentioned that if we have booked using handphone we would have been asked to choose the currency to which I told them I didn't receive. Please check the currency when you are billed plus if using credit card you are subject to exchange rate. So disappointed 😞 😔

It’s taken me three goes to cancel the subscription, it’s like a scam just as others say. Terrible. For those reading this thinking it cannot be that bad…just wait and see. It’s like cancelling a phone contract in the 90”s

I don't like that it is so hard to stop…

I don't like that it is so hard to stop the subscription. I am retired and on a limited income, so this is hard for me. Second, I get tired of all the popups trying to sell me additional applications. I also have a very old laptop, and if I update the drivers, it is likely not going to be compatible. I wish I could turn off the continued reminder that I have outdated drivers. I am ready to stop using AVG altogether for these reasons.

I had travel explorer

I had travel explorer. Wend overseas thought as I bought ticket with surcharge with Amex i will be covered for travel insurance but they said the country who i travel to is under sanctions and the cannot cover my urgent medical assistance which happened there.I cancelled the card as i was very disappointed then they want to charge me for the 400$ yearly credit that they supposed to provide!Omg never been ripped off like this.Please cancel yours.

Gone downhill...

Drivers just leave deliveries on the front doorstep, not even knocking or ringing the doorbell.Items arriving damaged. Long wait for refunds, only to discover money has NOT been repaid to the account it came from but put into Amazons Gift account. I want MY money repaid to MY account, NOT earning interest for Amazon! I could go on, the list is endless. I'm using Amazon less and less as a result.

I wish I could add personal messages to thank my donators individually, like I’d seen others do in the past. I searched online to research if and how to do it, but following those instructions, it didn’t show me the options on my page to select what was needed. I felt rude not being able to thank people for the very generous donations
