-100 stars for completely abysmal 'help' and EA customer 'service' for Sims 4.EA completely hates its customers, apparently, because it is impossible to get help after they have COMPLETELY DELETED ALL my games overnight. This is the error code they gave me and the problem they have created:"ea error code EC:10000Your library is emptyPurchase games or join ea play to start building your libraryYou don’t have accessThis title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again"To summarize, they have deleted all my purchased games and signed me out of my account plus are so far completely abysmally incapable of fixing their errors and helping me. Any time I've needed help it has always been a VERY PAINFUL experience but this is the worst yet as I can't even get access to their so-called 'help/customer service'.It is a huge shame because the Sims 4 game is excellent but ea consistently ruin the experience by being completely, utterly, abysmally useless in providing any 'service' or 'help' whatsoever when they create problems (multiple times) with their updates, or today, with having signed me out of my account and DELETED ALL MY EA GAMES FROM MY LIBARY. ea is the reason why I will NEVER EVER waste any more money on their products because they are liable to delete them, as now, for no reason whatsoever. So they have stolen my games that I bought with good money and are incapable, so far, of reinstating my games that I PAID for.
