I booked rooms using Agoda and in my profile my currency was set as SGD. What I don't understand is why they charged me in USD. Spoken to customer service and they told it MAY have been a glitch and wanted me to cancel and rebook. The prices are much higher as its close to date and we are travelling as a group so rooms are limited and we had to scatter to different hotels which is not ideal. They also mentioned that if we have booked using handphone we would have been asked to choose the currency to which I told them I didn't receive. Please check the currency when you are billed plus if using credit card you are subject to exchange rate. So disappointed 😞 😔
