This is a terrible service. Stay away from it. I sell digital files, and I have my own website. I convinced customers to pay me through BMC. However, I cannot withdraw the money. It has been over two weeks, and they still cannot verify it. It's a significant waste of my time and effort. Now, I have to wait 30 days for them to refund my customers. I don't know how to regain trust from my customers because BMC's website can no longer process payments. It's an inconvenience, a terrible service from this company.Do not respond to my message because I feel uncomfortable and never want to work with this company again.
