I feel so helpless

As a dedicated seller on your platform, I recently sold a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra to a buyer for $300. The item was shipped via UPS and confirmed to have been delivered by both USPS and UPS, albeit one day late. I have obtained proof of delivery documents from both carrier agencies.The day before the scheduled delivery, the buyer contacted me via the Mercari app, expressing an intention to return the watch but mentioned that she might wait to see if it would arrive the following day. Upon its arrival, the buyer stated that she needed to return the item because she had already purchased the same watch elsewhere. Shortly after, I received a notice from Mercari indicating that a return had been initiated.I wish to highlight that, according to Mercari's policies, all sales are final unless there is an issue with the item. The buyer subsequently claimed that she had not received the package, contradicting her earlier statements and the confirmation from both USPS and UPS.Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue with Mercari's customer support, I have been met with responses that have only added to my distress. One of the latest messages I received from Mercari confirmed that my package had been delivered. However, my funds have still not been released. I later received an apology from Mercari stating there was a mix-up, as they thought I was the buyer.Given the evidence provided by both USPS and UPS, and the buyer's initial acknowledgment of receiving the package, I am unable to comprehend why my funds have not been released. This situation has caused me significant stress and financial hardship.

Unbelievable Shopping Experience

Normally I use Trust Pilot to give reviews for organisations or experiences that have exceeded expectations. For people that deserve a boost. Not this time.GoPro are terrible. I bought a camera (Hero 10/£400) for a film I was making over a year ago.The camera never arrived. In the box was a cheap off-brand power charger worth about £10! So I missed the filming opportunity for the camera was bought.I immediately contacted customer service. Eventually, after several calls and emails and their "investigation" into it, they essentially said I was lying.I don't really care whether someone at the warehouse stole it or whether it was higher up the command chain than that. I do not lie.I took it further. I wrote to every email I could find. I posted hard copy letters to the UK HQ and eventually a hard copy letter to US HQ. All this correspondence dealt with everything in exact detail, with dates and time and photographs of what they sent included.No response.I tried month after month and I've lost count of the number of phone calls and emails I've done. Still no response. My only recourse now is legal action. As I'm a lawyer, I intend to do this. Because I can, cheaply, without having to hire anyone. I will do it to stand up for all the other people who have been abused by this rotten company. To help all the other 1 star reviewers on here. To make GoPro realise they must change.I will give them one month to respond from the date of this review which is made without prejudice to court proceedings. And I will keep you all posted.

I am shocked! after several years of cooperation they susspended my account. I am not able to do anything. receiving always the same automatic reply. This is service??? this is to help clients which are feeding you?? seriously is google so rich that now they do not need to give intention to small businesses?? whats going on with world???? If there will be another way to advertise I would definetly AVOID google !!!!!!

Before you choose Odoo make sure you understand what you are getting into and then double/triple your expectations for time/budget commitment. It's a good system, but it also leaves a LOT to be desired. It is very complex, and this is coming from someone who has worked with dozens of different software packages over the last 30 years.If you hire partners or experts to help you make sure you understand your business model intimately so you can communicate that to your developers. You will spend a lot of time explaining your business model to your devs and architects if there is any amount of complexity. You will likely find that you need custom development for features that you feel should be standard in the software. You will pay partners top dollar for expertise that you may not feel is worth top dollar. My advice is to take on the project yourself at first (preferably with an in-house IT person and someone who knows every aspect of your business), as daunting as it will be, have confidence in yourself and your understanding of your business model, test and try things out, all before you hire anyone. I promise you, it will save you money in the long run even if it brings you pain in the near term.My experience with the company, Odoo, has been less than stellar. For one, they don't have ANY support. Everything is pushed off onto their partners. They simply collect money from you, and they are pretty aggressive at doing that.I'm not trying to discourage you from using Odoo. Just understand that even though it would appear on the surface this software can handle just about anything, it is still going to require a boatload of effort to get up and running. If I could go back and start again, I would not be so overwhelmed at the learning curve as to seek out help immediately. I would have done everything I could myself and THEN hired a developer to implement what the system lacks. Honestly, if I could go back, I might not even utter the term ERP.From my research, if you are in America, you are going to have a hard time finding people who really know this software. It was developed in Europe and is well adopted in Latin America, India and other countries, but not so much in the US yet. As an IT person myself I decided after months of working with a partner to only use them for what I absolutely have to because getting billed $125-150 per hour for someone to learn how to implement your business model in Odoo is very expensive. The bottom line... It's on you and it is a big risk taking on an ERP no matter what system you choose. It can be a monumental feat.

I had a very disappointing experience with DreamHost. After speaking to their support agent before placing my order and being assured everything was fine, I proceeded with the sign-up. However, an hour later, I received an email saying my account was not approved—without being asked for any ID or verification of my payment.They simply rejected my account and refunded me, wasting my valuable time. If they had any concerns, the least they could have done was request verification or clarify the issue. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and frustrating, especially after taking the time to speak with their support beforehand.Not a good experience for someone looking for serious, reliable hosting.

No technical support, not enough knowledge

Squarespace acquired Google domains and our migration did not go smoothly. An edge case in our DNS records meant that our SSL certificate was not properly issued. Support insisted for about 15 emails that this is not possible, until finally acknowledging that it happened, but they can't do anything about it. I tried to transfer our domain out of Squarespace, but something else broke in that process and now our DNS is completely broken, with the dashboard giving back errors when I attempt to change anything. We're stuck more than a week later with our corporate website broken.

Despite the searches saying its free, but found out to my cost it isn't. My 7 year old granddaughter downloaded it played on it for 30 minutes or so then deleted the app. Weeks later £59.99 was taken from my bank for 12 month subscription Cannot get a refund!

My family has been a member for since 1950. I have just spent 1 hour 20 minutes trying to correct a membership problem. I have not dealt with a company of government agency with worse customer service. They should be put out of business or worse. I hate them. In the age of online reviews, who needs them, anyway?
