Just for context I returned a a keyboard and mouse that came 3 weeks late. Ive already returned it 2 months ago. Cant seem to get in touch with anyone from customer service and on the rare occasion that I do, they give me some template answer of how I have 2 wait 14 days for a refund. Its been 2 months!!!!!!! And they arent replying anymore
