Review of Canva
Canva has been amazing. I have worked with vendors (good and bad) for 40 plus yrs. The software is fantastic with a whole host of options and it's easy to use. I recently tried the Pro version and for a professional like me who is obsessed with graphic design and tinkering with things, I have to say it's worth every dime. I recently ordered some t shirts and I have to say they were beautifully packaged PLUS they arrived on time and the price was very fair. I had a couple of issues but that is mostly because I am working in this medium for the first time and wasn't sure about the material they use or the sizing. They have allowed me to make some tweaks at no cost. I cannot recommend them highly enough even though I'm sorry others on here didn't have the good fortune I had and continue to have with them.The support team get back to every email in a timely manner which is more than you can say for most PLUS I've been a bit of a nuisance to work with since I'm a perfectionist. Thank you Canva!!!

I love Canva and I use the dreamlab all the time to create AI images. Although they aren't amazing with people, when designing places it is an excellent tool. I have also found that Canva is amazing for editing. Although it is expensive, as soon as I was charged because I forgot to cancel my free trial, they refunded me my money immediately so the customer service was fantastic. I love Canva and if I could afford to subscribe I would.

The entire experience has been very pleasurable with Animoto. As a commercial stills photographer, I hate video editing but with the client demand growing for postable, high-quality content, finding a platform as easy to use as Animoto has been a dream. The quick and tailored support from the tech team was a refreshing change from the usual automated responses from large scale tech companies. Couldn't recommend them higher.
Review of nest
Had a third generation thermostat installed less than a year ago. On the hottest night of the year it failed and turned on the (new Viessmann) boiler at about 3am taking bedroom temperatures to the high thirties. Unpleasant. Nest wouldn't respond so the whole system had to be turned off at the boiler.Went through all the frustrating and repetitive calls to Romania (polite staff and a much better experience than others I have had with centres across the world) so many other reviewers mention, and had to authorise the ridiculous card payment (which was never taken thankfully). The new thermostat arrived quickly from Poland and was fitted by our boiler engineer who wasn't going to charge but as he had travelled thirty miles to help us (twice, the first time to test and disconnect the failed unit) when the boiler he had fitted was working perfectly, I insisted and paid him a very reasonable £72 which Nest said (in yet more phone calls and texts) they would reimburse. As they should given their product's total failure.I think it is reasonable to ask why a multinational company which has such a big share of the UK market appears unwilling/ incapable of running a service to put right product failures under guarantee quickly and painlessly, but chooses to leave customers to do it themselves and fight their way through a tortuous customer care system which seems hellbent on making the process as difficult as possible.GoogleNest finally paid the £72 after six months. I didn't give up as a point of principle and ratted at them constantly. The Nest thermostat is a great addition to our home when it's working. After this if it failed again would I buy another Nest? Well, there's a question that won't take long to answer.

I initially had McAfee virus protection as they were afiliate partners with BT. When BT ceased this partnership I decided to continue with McAfee and paid the subscription myself. This has continued for 2-3 years.A few months ago I had reason to access my online account only to find that the email address was not mine, but still linked to the old BT netprotect. I tried to rectify this, but it was not possible. I recently tried again and had the same problem, you need to reset your details by responding to the email. As there is no possible way of accessing a BT netprotect email I could not use this option.I contacted the online web chat support for help. I explained my problem in some detail and was put through to a support technician. They were useless!We spent 40 minutes going round in circles asking all of the same questions only for them to ultimately decide they did not have the authority to update my details.Needless to say when this comes up for renewal I will be changing my virus protection.

Healthline referred to women as vulva owners and to men as men. It is a discriminatory website and they are not inclusive to women. A lot of people don't know the anatomy of women including women. While the health problems of women are widely unaddressed by healthcare professionals, now, they are also encrypting the information we have into a language most people don't understand. Terrible website.

Biased news on the bbc. The bbc is quick to pull the U.K. down, it has continued to praise Germany for how few deaths from COVID there have been. Well Germany now has more than 100,000 deaths and rising quickly. Germany never counted deaths from care home either. The U.K. is leaving most of Europe behind on how few deaths there are. The U.K. has not reported deaths from flue in the last year, well any fool knows that people have died from flue the nhs has failed to record the truth,So the point of this is the biased Bbc is not acknowledging how well the U.K. is doing regards to COVID.

Arrived at the hotel to be informed the pool was closed being renovated for month. No mention of this on the agoda website. Tried to get a refund at the hotel was told to contact agoda. Looked on the app and told me I could not cancel it was too late. Contacted agoda when I got home and they were not interested told me to ask the hotel for a refund as I have already stayed. If you have any problems with your booking don't expect any customer service from agoda that's why I will never use agoda again.

Trust me, disgusting customer service i have seen in my life time. This is 4th day i am struggling to access my business email and every time a verification code is sent to the same email inbox which i am asking customer support to access it. Does it make any sense? I have given my phone number and they said it it is switched off which is a big lie. Disgusting and unprofessional service despite paying monthly fee for business emails.

Target on Plano Rd/ Beltline Richardson had the nerve to Cancel my order. I had ordered 5 mini Patti Labelle pies Curbside Friday. Today is Sunday 720 am I just thought about it checked my order they Cancelled my order. No courtesy email… nothing. I’m a number one fan of Target curbside. I tipped they people I’m good. And they cancelled 5 mini pies. That was paid for. And don’t come up with that lie space is limited. 😂😂😂5 mini Patty Labelle pies. You will get a one star! That’s why H-E-B stealing your business with Positive vibes and treat their customers with niceness by sending a Email. By the way your good to cancel my order with the quickness. Use the same energy by refunding me my money. Be quick on that! Btw they just sent a email stating they cancelled my order after the fact. SMH! That email should of been sent yesterday with a reminder… hey don’t forget your items. No, I guess they didn’t have time to do that. But was in a hurry to cancel 5 mini pies. Time to take my money elsewhere.

Wish I could give zero stars first of all target is already expensive that's why no one shops there and goes to Walmart 2nd they sub their customers service to the Philippines that have no idea what they are doing let alone barely speak English to the point target messed my order up that had a coupon on it and sent it to the wrong store then told me I had to cancel cause they couldn't change the pickup location that they messed up then only refunded half the money I spent and tried to justify keeping the other half really pathetic yall must be hurting bad try not price galgeing and decent customer service instead of stealing people's hard earned money 100% done got a gift card for there that I will sell before using or trash it cause what it's worth anyhow at their prices

Promised my son Crossfire as Christmas gift. We went online to the store on 12/25 and purchased the game. A few weeks later when reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed a much larger charge of $150 instead of $30. Called PlayStation today and talked to a Daniel. He told me that as I called after a 14 day window that I was out of luck. This in spite of the fact that we have NOT downloaded the 2 extra games that we supposedly purchased, Grand Theft Auto and Planet Coaster. Basically, I have to eat it. This is what you can expect from these jokers. Their system was glitching like crazy on Christmas Day, and we get it up the you know where. What a joke of a company and ridiculous refund policy. WE DIDN’T DOWNLOAD THE GAMES !!!!!! Only the one we actually purchased.
