Review of parallels
I have been using various versions of Parallels for years. I have also tried using competing virtualization products. During that time I have continued to return to Parallels as my go-to virtualization application. Parallels is very easy to install and get running. I have been very impressed by its start-up and shut-down speed, which keeps getting better with every new release. I have quite a variety of virtual machines running under parallels - including Windows, Linux, and Mac. The performance of my applications programs running within Parallels virtual machines continues to be very impressive.

I definitely DID NOT sign up for a subscription but to my horror, they used my card details - which I used to buy a specific sheet music file - to charge me for a subscription anyway. £39.99 for 3 months! NO THANK YOU. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but I am worried that they've taken my money - they don't have live support and seem to be hiding behind a help centre page and a chatbot. I have immediately cancelled the re-bill of the subscription. But what a truly terrible company. Very underhand - beware of these people!

Horrible service they don't give a crap about their customers. Sent a card which I have 60 days to get the prime.....20plus days later no card. Now they will send through fed ex, and won't replace the days I missed.....so why don't you send it fed ex right away, why won't you count the days to prime from activation instead of from order....cuz you guys are a faceless peice of ass corporation. VRBO allowed a drug addict psychopath to get past their screenings. He threatened the safety of my family and told us to leave his property when we complained about the lies in his listing.VRBO phoned and confirmed what happened with the landlord and told me they would give me a refund. After 4 weeks of fighting with them they have told me they will not refund my money.Worst company, worst customer service. Use any other company other than these scammers and charlatans.

terrible support and terrible product. account manager mia until your contract is up for renewal and then he's your best friend. we asked for a 6 month renewal and were pitched a 3 year contract. zero transparency on solving problems or feature requests, and it seems they barely know what a roadmap is -- let alone have the decency to discuss it with clients. made promises they could not keep.

Went on a 7 night for Harmony. Wasn't told Escape room would be closed, despite no warnings about this beforehand. was roped into a spa treatment then slapped with a 300$ bill despite not wanting anything extra services. Cococay staff made fun of my arm hair and called me dumb for not knowing how to snorkel. Constantly overlooked, ignored, pushed around by crew and staff, most crew just wanted good reviews despite doing anything worthwhile. Almost never got into any shows, the only shows I managed to book got cancelled. Almost drowned on a shore excursion due to bad equipment and leadership, and was told RC is not responsible. Got covid despite being safe as usual. when I got back to my room it was midnight and I had to order food as I was sitting in Medical since 8pm. Was told at 2am "no one was making food". Finally got my food after going to sleep (woke up at 3am for a burger) only to receive 2 giant glass bottles of water with no bottle opener. Begged for them to give me water (no water in the room, couldn't leave) so they came by and asked what I needed. said they'd open the bottles for me. didn't solve my problem, begged for water and they gave me a single bottle. Was told I could get internet movies and room service for free, and was told I Could quarantine offshore for 7 days. Now I am being told it was only up to 5 days and they didn't even believe me, I had to show them all the letters I was sent about RC reimbursing. I am down 3000$ due to things RC said they'd refund and it's been a month since my cruise. I went for a relaxing vacation and now I'm in financial ruin. I've never had a worse experience with any company.

I sent an inquiry and an application about a sweet little canine that I feel would've been a perfect fit, considering that I have a 3 bedroom house with a fenced back yard, with no children or other pets. Imagine my heartbreak when after waiting with no response, just by looking at her picture I learned she was adopted out the next day. I was at work and cried.

I have been on hold on customer support for an hour and 55 minutes, simply to find out why my hulu login is not working. Just fix it! This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Terrible Hulu, absolutely terrible! I am canceling my service now after being a very happy customer for 4 years.
