Terrible experience , Shopify Used to be a great platform back when they have phone support, now that the support has gone, it's horrible if you have a problem, and you have to keep typing in the chat, and let's say whoever you're typing to. Don't understand the problem. There is going to be misunderstandings. It took about 3 weeks for them to resolve a problem of mine.Now I have another problem and I'm trying to go through support. And I'm having Trouble reaching them. I'm very disappointed and I'm going to look for a e-commerce store with phone support!!!!!
