Reached out to Google support via their chat due to the fact you can’t speak to a human being at Google. The chat agent did not really read a thing I said and continued to just repeat himself over and over. I ended up asking for a supervisor to contact me, the agent said within 24 hours a supervisor would email. lol I reached out to them to save them time by advising them to cancel a previous case I opened through the play store as I no longer required assistance. Surely Google has the means to close a support ticket lol hard to find good help these days.
