I complained about a solicitor who purchased my data then distributed it to third parties and started suing an insurance company without my knowledge or consent.The Information Commissioner thoroughly investigated and provided a detailed opinion taking extracts from various correspondence to support their opinion.I did not agree in full with their opinion so it has gone to the internal review process. I have been kept up to date throughout.The case handler who looked at my complaint took the time to explain his reasoning for reaching his opinion and was knowledgeable about data protection. He also provided some practical advice regarding other actions that I can take in relation to the problems I am suffering as a consequence of the solicitors actions.This process has taken a while but I am satisfied with the level of detail they have gone into. Sadly, both the Solicitor's Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman have disagreed with the Information Commissioner's opinion without providing any reasoning.

2400 Euro Macbook Stolen By the Repair department. Sent my laptop in for repairs for a factory defect almost two months ago now and still calling daily to ask about the repair with no real answer, and an initial promise that I will get the refund if its not repaired within fifteen days. It has now been over a month and now they say they will never refund it. The repair department seems to just sip coffee and smoke cigarettes all day. I still want my laptop back, I am a student with finals coming up and I cant believe im having to deal with this from a major company...

Another textbook example of adware and bloatware, i got coaxed by a review of a smartwatch I have jusy bought, looking for ways to activate GPS elevation tracking - a pretty basic feature of a decent GPS watch boasting ove 130 sports, includingmany Mountaineering sports. The article publish by some henry the tech chef guy (or bot) randomly described the many amazing apps that the wahtch can connect to and upload - no explanation. All pure fiction, submediocre cr@p. Rubish abuse of AI.At the very bottom the article confirms that AI was used for content creation.

A word of advice, don't buy the HP Deskjet 2720e printer, it's just throwing your money away and looking for free stress. The first time you change the cartridges you'll have a big problem, because even if you put in genuine cartridges it will have trouble recognizing the cartridges, and after trying a lot and following tips to accept it, believe me, to this day my printer doesn't recognize the color cartridge. RIDICULOUS technical support, the solution is to throw it away and buy another one! PRINTER GARBAGE.

I checked in to Domain.com this morning regarding the renewal of a domain that I no longer have a need for and initially corresponded with a chat bot. My request went beyond the service provide by the bot and I was therefore directed to a 'real person'. This woman was knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all my questions and also directing me to services that were not provided by Domain.com. This is exactly how all online services should operate! Kudos to the service rep at Domain.com
