2400 Euro Macbook Stolen By the Repair department. Sent my laptop in for repairs for a factory defect almost two months ago now and still calling daily to ask about the repair with no real answer, and an initial promise that I will get the refund if its not repaired within fifteen days. It has now been over a month and now they say they will never refund it. The repair department seems to just sip coffee and smoke cigarettes all day. I still want my laptop back, I am a student with finals coming up and I cant believe im having to deal with this from a major company...
