The coverage and customer service of Google Fi is the worst I have seen. I signed up for an unlimited data plan when I moved to my new house and there is no coverage. So I chatted with the customer agent and they spent 4+ hours doing all sorts of troubleshooting with no resolution. The escalation team was involved and the only way to connect to them is via email and they don't reply to emails. Everyday they send you standard email saying they will get back, they do this to meet their ticket SLAs, with no resolution to the problem. When I tried to connect the customer agent again they just pass the ball saying the issue is escalated to the escalation team and they will get back in 24hrs. So you just wait for another 24hrs to receive the same copy paste email. This wasn't expected from Google. They seemed to have offshored the customer service who doesn't even know how to deal with the customer. Now I have to pay for a service I have never been able to use.
