I have been using Brightpearl for quite a number of years now. The system is easy to use. We find it easy to track our inventory levels, get detailed financial reports. It's very reliable. Any queries, the support team act really efficiently and reply straight away! I wouldn't want to use anything else.

Review of clover
I had clover for over 10 years. The basic program was free (CC transaction charges apply) I changed my email address and the company decided to change me entire plan stating I now had to pay $14.99 a month. I refused. The basic plan now does not include inventory or ability to add sales tax at a register. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve to no avail. I didn't cancel, but had not used the service in a year as I had to get a different service in order to see inventory and apply sales tax. Out of nowehere there is $99.00 deducted from my bank account. (Jan 3, 2025) I immediately called adn was told it was a new annual cloud storage fee. I had never received any email, snail mail, nothing notification regarding this. Hours on the phone later and after speaking to a Supervisor, a ticket was created and the refund was supposed to be issued. Twenty days later, I called again because there was no refund yet. Another two hours on the phone and I was told I would get the money back on Feb 2. and would have an email stating it by end of business day. Nope. Nothing. It is now Feb 3 and I still don't have my money. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes while the agent keeps saying they are transferring me. WORST service EVER! Thieves. They are deliberately causing wait time. It has now cost me the money and over 6 hours on the phone in wasted time trying to sort out an unauthorized charge. It does not take 30 days to sort out and refund an unauthorized charge. We are in a digital world and this is beyond unacceptable. It is criminal.

There is a large disparity between what the website says and what it actually costs.I went into this whole thing with the idea that it would be a self managed solution that I could take off the shelf and adapt to my needs. I thought the Cost per seat was reasonable at around £40 per user per month and it would cost me around £300 per month (£3500 – £4000 annually). I had no idea I would have to invest 1000’s to get someone to set it up for me, and it might not be right. I can’t afford that. The demo process is a bit flawed. I booked in a demo to talk to someone, and after planning my day, booking the meeting room, the meeting was cancelled five minutes after it was supposed to start. I did complain and the lady did meet afterwards, but to ask lots of questions about my organisation and needs. I then had to wait 2 weeks for a very individualised demonstration that wasn’t. it was a very generic introduction to the application with a few of our clients added for effect. The one thing that sets our business apart from others is that we are very autonomous. Our clients give us a budget, and we plan activities and projects to work within that budget. We don’t send quotes for every project; we just set them up and run with it. We invoice at the end of the month for hours spent on their accounts. This was the main question we had, and wanted to see how that worked, but the lady doing the demonstration didn’t know if that was possible, having only had 2 weeks to ask someone. To top it off my trial period ran out during the 2 weeks so haven’t had the opportunity to do anything with it.In summary, it looks very exciting and affordable, but looks can be deceiving
Review of intel
I would never use an intel cpu. Get a ryzen instead, much better price for the performance. Intel really needs to fix their 14nm process as it's severally outdated and everyone else has moved on from 14nm. They keep trying to get the most out of 14nm and its getting ridiculous. Every new intel cpu is basically the same thing as the last.

Worst ever experience, confirmed iphone 15 order and details were over checked again but after 7 days when I was expecting delivery says apologies, unfortunately they don't have stock, incompetent and irresponsible company, no one is even ready to contact me.
Review of aol
I have been using AOL for my emails for over 25 years or so. But they started banning me from commenting on their articles because 4 years ago I used to comment about politics and AOL is a left wing nut server so they banned me. They suck! They cater to Demonicrats narratives.
Review of ups
UPS is a non functioning organization. I don’t think they even care about improving and their reviews score speaks volumes. My company stopped using UPS many years ago and I’m getting reminded why every time I’m expecting a package someone else sent us. UPS is sickening.

The Ga DOL sent us an unemployment payment via a Mastercard debit card. Instructions were poor, unable to follow. Made multiple phone calls to Mastercard. Customer service reps were uninformed (ignorant), great difficulty understanding them (multiple people).

Review of garmin
Awful. I’ve been a loyal garmin customer for years. I reported a stolen device (never had I ever had this problem) and they couldn’t do anything. I want to repurchase another device and while I’m at it one for my fiancé we’re both athletes. They were so unwilling to help and or provide a discount/coupon towards two new devices! I’ll be sure to tell all of my family/friend/social media athlete groups about my negative customer service experience. Bummed and disappointed.

Reviewing as a seller. This review should be five stars. The site looks good, it is easy to use and the yearly subscription is great value for money. But they ruin it all with constant bugs and glitches. They either get fixed or they get forgotten about and become the new normal.Bugs specific to individuals never get resolved because nobody cares. It really is a shame, but I would not recommend this site to any potential sellers.

Terrible customer service. They recently merged with VMWare -- when I purchased a product from VMWare, I got an error message directly after trying to install that the product isn't supported on my device (even though the product page said it was). After MONTHS of trying to get a refund and HOURS of calls, I am still nowhere near getting the refund and the responders seem to be trying to make it hard for me to solve the issue.
