On each occasion, I have required technical support, which is rare as the suite is so intuitive, Ispring support has always been rapid (like their development tools) in responding to me, and sorted out any development issue I may have had.

I have used Kayak in the past many times without incident, but during my last trip I was directed to a very well known scam site called gotogate.com and I actually had a huge huge huge hassle with them ending in having to get my bank to go after them. With further investigation, I realised Kayak is directing people to other known problematic sites such as Kiwi.com, also a known scam site and edreams.com, also a problematic site (I used them as well, but fortunately the airline took over in my case and I was spared a huge catastrophe). I can no longer trust kayak.com as they are directing it's customers to scam sites. It's like playing Russian roulette with your travel and finances! Scary! Some sites are legit yes, but even allowing 1 known scam site in the system is extremely dangerous. Start monitoring who you are directing your customers to immediately kayak! You should know better!

Ordered 2 tops off here, one was ok in size and quality of the actual t shirt but the print was quite faded which you don't expect with a £25 t shirt. The second tops print was bright and looked good except it was off centre so it looked odd when on. It was also tight for a large. Really disappointed but they were band tees purchased for a gig for me and my partner so we still wore them because of that reason so I can't return and refund. Definitely won't be using this site again though.

After the website encouraged me to download the app, I did so but my phone’s settings meant it signed me up with a hidden email address. Hotels.com has refused to help me combine the two accounts and their rewards. I asked whether, as an act of good faith, they could at least add the 3 app account trip elements (not even the key cash) to my regular account if I closed out my app account and they refused, which is disappointing as I felt this was a fair half way point. When I asked for a manager to call me back, they called at 2am, 10pm, and 9pm despite repeated requests to call during my time zone’s working hours. I’ve not heard from them since. I have spent a cumulative 4 hours with their chat services - horrible service from a company I used to love.

It was easy for they to respond or call me back when I 1st called, to join. Have called multiple times almost hour wait , even if you call in morning. Been trying fix my issue , all my tracking miles were erased after 3 months, doesnt track my miles .bank connected disabled on its on. Trying get refund to go back quick books. Good company but maybe they are falling behind . April 1 , 2024

I am writing to let everyone know about the beyond dreadful customer services from Zara. I bought a skirt in February 2025 from the Norwich branch and washed it once and all the pleates have fallen out. I have my proof of purchase on the bank statement as I have lost the receipt. I went into the store to return and they directed me to Head Office. I have emailed the main customer service number 3 times in over a month and no reply. I then decided to go through the watsap service which is not fit for purpose taking me around in circles as AI driven. When I did chat to a person they took half hour to answer then you have a certain amount of time to respond back or then start back in the queue. Hours and hours of wasted time to then be told they cannot help me even thought I have my proof showing the cost of the skirt and my bank details. Just awful, will never wear the skirt again and shocked how such a strong great brand can be so utterly unhelpful to its customers.

ordered NEW ASUS ROG STRIX Z490-I GAMING LGA 1200 Intel Z490 SATA 6Gb/s Mini ITX Intel Motherboard from newegg. Box had already been opened when I got it. Board sat on shelf until time to build kids new pc but board was dead. Past newegg return date so went through asus. Asus tech said bent pins on cpu slot and returned board warranty voided. Newegg sent me a used board trying to pass it off as new. I am out $327.76 including shipping+taxBEWARE of newegg.com. they will send used equipment out and claim it is new

Bad reviews for a reason! They will sneak something into your cart that initially doesn’t cost anything so you may not even notice it, but then you’ll get charged for something later after for a “free” trial they signed you up for! If you risk doing business with them (which I recommend not doing), watch for the extras they’ve automatically signed you up for.
