The news service is fatally flawed. Many important news stories are just not covered. Those that are screened are framed to conform to government policy.The fact that in 2016 America dropped a bomb every 20 minutes of every hour 24/7/365 is as newsworthy as you get. But the BBC failed to flag this for what it is. America drops even more bombs now than it did in 2016 but, again, the BBC fails to report this. As mankind descends toward WW3, the BBC avoids all mention of it. Where is the news of the suffering of the tens of millions of people on the receiving end of the US bombings? Or the 70 million + displaced people? When these events are presented, they are not put into a perspective that links it all together. Nor one that describes Britain's part in it. The BBC also ran numerous stories of antisemitism in the UK but never clearly explained that the definition has recently been re-written. Nor did the BBC explain that the Jewish people are divided on the definition. I only give the BBC one star for these reasons but there are more and the BBC knows it.

Do not use AT&T or their online trade-in service. I traded in an iPhone 11 and they are claiming they received an iPhone 8 so I am not getting any money for my trade (costing me over $800). There is no oversight of their "back office" that processes trade-ins and there is no way for customers to verify what was sent in. They told me I cannot use Find My iPhone to locate my phone or have my trade-in phone returned to me. They told me there is nothing I can do that their "back office" has made their decision and I am out of luck. Have been a customer of AT&T for 20 years and will be switching to Verizon and I recommend everyone else does as well.

Terrible, ordered a knife, clearly states BLADED ARTICLE, they are supposed to knock and ask for ID so kids dont get hold of them! Tried to shove through letterbox, couldnt so just threw it out the front! Not using Prime anymore, bloody 9pm delivery is a joke! Used to be good, not anymore!

Worst company I have ever dealt with customer service none existent have been back and forward with these for nearly a month over a refund request for a parcel that was left on my front doorstep and stolen all they keep doing is make me wait grace period after grace period then I finally got an email from them saying my refund will be in my account in 7 days. Waited the 7 days still no refund so called them back to be told refund has been blocked and guess what I have to wait another 3 days to speak to some one absolutely rediculous service.

In 2024 we spent $1000, and got a "Samsung - 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Slide-in Electric Range with Air Fry and Convection - Stainless Steel" stove, which also marked the start of our misfortune. My husband was attracted to the stove, because it is a good looking "smart" stove. But little did he know that the stove was no good at all. My problem was that I did not do research otherwise potentially I could have decided to buy a different brand. So, once we started to use the stove, I quickly realized that 1) the glass surface scratched easily and looked bad after the first use (even though I got a new pot just for this new stove); 2) the heat was uneven and food burned every time; 3) the knobs are in the front of the stove and if you lean against the stove and accidentally touched the panel, that contact can turn the fxxx stove on without your knowledge!!! your house could potentially get burned down from that! Several months later Samsung did send us some small devices so we can lock down the knobs after cooking; 4) the fan in the oven would turn on at a very low baking temperature. It will remain on 30-40 min after the baking was done, until the oven was cool. it drove me nuts as I am sensitive to noise. I called the Samsung customer service, after hours of waiting on the phone, I got to talk to a REAL human and he had no idea about the cooling fan and the noises. after multiple interactions, I asked for a refund and Samsung refused. So now we are stuck with the Samsung stove and have to endure our poor decision of buying Samsung appliance. Never again!

If it wasn’t for George, there wouldn’t be four stars. First off, it was my bad for ordering the wrong program so I asked for a refund. I thought I had a seven day trail. Nope. I was offered a few options, none of which was a complete refund, but I made a mistake so I took a partial refund offer, never got it. Instead got slapped with a charge for a different and more expensive membership. At this point I am out two membership payments. Long story short, George fixed everything after a lot of back and forth between looking for which charges where, PayPal, what programs, who got back to me, etc. MuseScore is actually a great program, when you intend to purchase it, I have used it in the past, intentionally, but I just recently made the mistake of buying a learning program (already a teacher), and I was just looking for music to a public domain piece. My bad.

We currently use Jotform for three separate types of forms - subscription sign-ups for one of our optional services, webinar registrations and feedback forms. It's really straightforward to use, the forms look great on computers, tablets and mobile phones, and it works seamlessly. Conditional branching lets us only show certain fields when they are needed, so the forms look uncluttered, and that feature takes hardly any time to set up.We recently needed to use their support line for a couple of queries and although it's not 'Live Chat', both issues got resolved quickly and professionally.We plan to start using it for incoming appointment scheduling next and will doubtless roll it out into other applications later. The more we use it, the more we like it!

Great service for my needs to get an easy order functionality with a basic product list.It is fairly easy to get going and seems super powerful with alot of add-on functionality if you want to dig deeper and create more advance things. But none of the advance things are mandatory with let you get started quickly and without a headache of trying to figure out alot of complex stuff.

You can make a survey for free and get responses, but you can't see beyond 10 responses without paying $99USD. They don't tell you this beforehand. So it caused a lot of embarrassment on my end. Really, how hard is it to collect responses and give results. It doesn't take much technology to create that. Use Microsoft Forms if you have an O365 account instead.

The refs are horrible, everyone is hesitant to even hit mahomes. Josh Allen’s fourth down tush push was a first down for sure, and one ref even said it. And Xavier worthy did not catch that pass. All these huge game changing moments cost us a Super Bowl. I am beyond pissed and will not watch the Super Bowl and am disappointed in the nfl, the game I used to love. I hate the refs, and the chiefs and you need new officiating. I hate you nfl, I hate you with all my heart now, because you aren’t the game I remember loving years ago before the refs rigging the game. I want the old nfl back, and I want the bills Super Bowl back. You can’t reverse the damages you’ve caused this time. Please do better. 😢

They have not replied to my 3 emails requesting GDPR data deletion brought about from daily spam from their users. Ideally, they would have the ability to simply to be put on a ban list to prevent their users from abusing email campaigns for spam. As a manager of a business I would not use this company as their adherence to GDPR is deplorable.EDIT: You have now asked for a reference number - since you will not respond to my emails, I have been given no reference number. Furthermore, you were given my personal email address without my consent through Trustpilot. What a sham!
