Shocking not fit for purpose customer service and return service

I am writing to let everyone know about the beyond dreadful customer services from Zara. I bought a skirt in February 2025 from the Norwich branch and washed it once and all the pleates have fallen out. I have my proof of purchase on the bank statement as I have lost the receipt. I went into the store to return and they directed me to Head Office. I have emailed the main customer service number 3 times in over a month and no reply. I then decided to go through the watsap service which is not fit for purpose taking me around in circles as AI driven. When I did chat to a person they took half hour to answer then you have a certain amount of time to respond back or then start back in the queue. Hours and hours of wasted time to then be told they cannot help me even thought I have my proof showing the cost of the skirt and my bank details. Just awful, will never wear the skirt again and shocked how such a strong great brand can be so utterly unhelpful to its customers.
