I have used Kayak in the past many times without incident, but during my last trip I was directed to a very well known scam site called gotogate.com and I actually had a huge huge huge hassle with them ending in having to get my bank to go after them. With further investigation, I realised Kayak is directing people to other known problematic sites such as Kiwi.com, also a known scam site and edreams.com, also a problematic site (I used them as well, but fortunately the airline took over in my case and I was spared a huge catastrophe). I can no longer trust kayak.com as they are directing it's customers to scam sites. It's like playing Russian roulette with your travel and finances! Scary! Some sites are legit yes, but even allowing 1 known scam site in the system is extremely dangerous. Start monitoring who you are directing your customers to immediately kayak! You should know better!
