Our account was suspended without any prior notification for "SPAM" even if we have never spammed. This means we cannot log in to the account. There is no way to contact support, you can open tickets, but to open tickets you have to log in (login is suspended). For every minute we have zoom off, we lose money.They said they had already notified us, and it's true... 2 months ago, we received a ticket that said, "you have overreached your email sending limits", but we do not have any limit, and we do not send emails (just automatic webinar reminder emails set 4 years ago), we asked for clarification, but we have never received any reply.It was an amazing service until some time ago, now they have increased pricing, and they have decreased the quality of customer support
