Despite my immediate intimation of the issues with my order and active follow-ups, there has been a complete absence of proper response or support from both the escalation team and the order status team. This lack of assistance has persisted, culminating in the unfortunate cancellation of my order without any valid reason provided.Upon speaking to customer support, I was informed that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock, contradicting the assertion made in the cancellation email, which erroneously stated that the cancellation was upon my request. Such inconsistency raises serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of Lenovo's processes.
