I was very pleased with Duolingo at first, until I got stuck in a loop on an exercise that kept sending me back to the start again and again. After several months I gave up and will now not be renewing my account with them for what would be my 4th year. This is after 3 months of sending my request to be put back on track at least 40 times without any heed or understanding of my problem. Had the feeling that " so called customer service" simply pressed a button, and left me back in the same situation. Very disappointing as I had every intention of renewing my membership for a fifth year.
