I do not even want to give one star. I had an event cancelled by a band due to covid. Eventbrite refused to refund as I did not meet the criteria. Several attempts later still no joy. I contacted the band who were great and I started the process again to find that I was entitled to a refund. A month later no refund, no response to requests. Again the band got onto it for me and a few days after I got money into my account. I will not book through them again. I hope the bands I follow never use them either.

Received defective product, due to no padding at all in the box. I sent it back immediately and have not gotten a refund/replacement two months later. Customer support lies claiming I will receive a refund in a few days multiple times.

CMS (Child Maintenance Service) is by far the worst government agency in history! They are biggest waste of taxpayer’s money and let’s be honest they are not there for the children, they are only in it for their own selfish means! From constantly producing figures out of thin air, and not explaining why they have chosen to use a salary that is £3000 more than what is being earned, stating that it is below the 25% which is a load of crap and completely unfair! They have constantly violated our human rights by constantly posting their nasty brown envelops through our door! This agency needs to be held fully accountable for their shear incompetence and lack of care over all NRP’s going through this hell! Basing maintenance on what parents can afford is better for all, especially the children, however this vile agency does not make this possible! Over the phone one of the adviser said that maintenance of £260+ had to be paid, and couldn’t explain the arrears from £110 to £1200! They failed to allow us to negotiate arrears, and the RP has told me that they advised her not to close the case, which is again illegal!CMS helps fund parental alienation, one of the UK and the worlds biggest child abuse issue! The more nights children are with RP, the more money they can claim! The RP’s income is also supported with child benefits and tax credits so this poor me single mother routine needs to die as it’s really not very believable! The evidence of serious fraud allegations and the proof behind it is mounting! Seriously shut this agency down as NRP shouldn’t be forced to take their own life for the sake of a debt that doesn’t exist! It’s black and white really, alienate your children, you will not be supported financially! If one parent cause the break up, again no financial support! Also if the RP really needs that much to support then I question why they should be the main caregiver, as they clearly can’t provide a decent living without benefits and child maintenance! It’s about time we shut CMS down and Gingerbread as well, as the UK can do better than have these greedy waste of spaces leech of hardworking NRP’s!

Yun Express and Jiedaauto-US are utter trash. I placed an order on 4/4/25 for triplets' birthday gifts with plenty of lead time until 4/20/2025, yet here we are on 4/23/2025, and the items are still MIA. Amazon's customer service is as useful as a chocolate teapot, pushing the blame and playing games with delivery dates. They had the audacity to postpone the delivery twice, then told me to deal with the seller. A response came in a day, but it's all talk, no action. The items? Nowhere to be seen. The whole experience reeks of a scam, and Amazon seems all too familiar with it. Avoid these companies at all costs!

I live in the UK and I am on the 'Buy Crypto' page. It used to be that I could 'manage cards' (where I could change my bank card) before confirming the order!However, this option has now GONE! All I get is 'select transaction method'. Binance customer support said that clicking on the defaulted card would allow me to change it (but nothing happened when clicking into the defaulted card) When I do try to pay with the defaulted card then it goes straight to a 'confirm expiry and cvs number' page, then at the confirmation page there is no longer any option to 'change card' like there was before!Also, the only way to change card is by going to - binance (dot) com / en-GB / my / payment / buycryptoHowever, I cannot choose one card over another and I now have to delete all cards I do not want to use! This link is not accessible form home as well (as customer services had to give it to me).Also, whenever I try to add a new card from my home page there is no option anymore to select any UK based banks! So, once my current card goes out of date I will no longer be able to add a new card at Binance! Customer service was absolutely horrendous as they kept asking for a video that would only tell them what I have already said! They also kept talking to me when I asked them not too (trying to take the Mick getting the 'last word in') Binance is getting worse, not better!I have no idea what's happened to Binance but it is absolutely terrible now!

Not very impressed with JustGiving today. The automatic 15% addition to my donation is something that I resent and I do not appreciate being pressurised in to the additional amount. If I decide to give £10, that is what I give! Not £1.50 more. I know that sounds tight, but times are hard. It feels a real faff to make a donation through this website. It would also not accept Paypal, just kept going round in circles.Cannot recommend.

Delivery date says from 9-1pm, never came. Then it says, delivery date will be delivered the same day before the end of the day, never came. Now it says new delivery update soon. I call them, some person with a heavy accent that I have no idea what they were saying so I couldn't understand them. I asked several times if they could repeat themselves, again I couldn't understand them. It sad that the USPS does a better job, lord have mercy!

I am incredibly concerned and disappointed about the conditions present for the event held in Nationals Park on 6/23. There was a heat advisory administered by the National Weather service days prior to the event and I did not feel the venue/staff made choices to maintain safety of attendees. Additionally, bags were not being checked upon entry whatsoever, at least when I entered the park.This is another major concern. I am aware that there was a large volume of people, however, steps should have been taken to ensure attendees had clear and consistent access to water. Particularly when the only water available is incredibly expensive, or not available at all. When I went to get water around 9:30, the stand I approached did not have any water and made no effort to direct me to a kiosk. Additionally, the show ended early and due to the mentioned negligence, all attendees did not get the experience they paid for in full. hope you take this into consideration during future events and move towards prioritizing the safety and health of those who patronize the events you host. I have attended many events through Ticketmaster and this experience was horrendously organized, I have never had any issues prior.
