We've been working with the NP team for about six months now and have truly enjoyed the experience. The NP team is honest about the wins they can accomplish, and I've found only takes on services where they can deliver those wins - a refreshing breath in this landscape! They're also one of the only third-party contractors I've ever been able to use that can nearly run on auto-pilot while trusting that they've got our best interests at heart. They've perfected streamlined communications and summarize what you need to know, while always being open to diving in deeper. They're simply great!
