Our business has nearly as many reviews that Yelp has chosen to hide as they have posted - oddly, the hidden reviews all are 5 star reviews. This results in a 3.6 total rating because of a small group of negative reviews. They prejudice towards negative reviews. We encourage all clients to submit reviews on all platforms. We have excellent total ratings on non-yelp platforms.
