This is the absolute worst choice I…

This is the absolute worst choice I have made, and I have made some bad choices. At first everything was good, and then the problems started. I would deposit checks and they started holding them for 6 days. For a small business it’s hard to wait 6 days for my money. At first they didn’t hold it went through within 30 minutes. The last check was an 800$ check from wells Fargo business account not even a personal check. Also they slowly jack up your rates. Just all around a terrible company for small businesses.

Cheat. Double price

I ordered a shipment from Denmark to England with standard service the price was shown 405 kr. After sending the package , I randomly checked UPS own price calculator and it shows the price for same dimensions and weight 174,20 kr , which is even less than half of pakke.dk price. I am feeling being cheated. Very disappointed

Support are bad and ancestry tries to charge additional fees for services at every opportunity

I spoke to support about the DNA kit mailing process. They did not understand what I was saying even though I stated it in clear and simple terms. It was a lengthy ordeal to get the information I needed from support. Every single page on the ancestry website pushes additional services with additional fees at you. I've already paid for a service and I would like to use that service without ancestry spamming me with upsells at every single opportunity.

Review of zazzle

Order cancelled without notification or reason

If you would like to actually receive the items you order, DO NOT order them from Zazzle. I ordered Christmas presents from Zazzle and never received them. When I checked on my order, they had cancelled it. I was never informed that it was cancelled. I emailed the company over a week ago to try to find out why it was cancelled and they have never responded. Terrible customer service all the way around, and I had no Christmas presents for some family members.

I’ve never been more frustrated with a platform that’s supposed to support independent artists. Redbubble is, hands down, one of the most impersonal and convoluted systems I’ve ever dealt with.I reopened my shop recently after letting it sit idle for a couple of years—mostly because every time I tried to set it up before, I ran into unexplained roadblocks. Now, I find out I need to upload at least five designs before anything goes live. Was that clearly communicated? No. And once again, I’m stuck guessing what the hell I need to do next.The worst part? There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being. They’ve designed this system to avoid contact at all costs. No chat, no phone number, no actual support—just a never-ending maze of blog posts and help articles that rarely give you a straight answer. It feels like they’ve gone out of their way to make sure no one ever gets real help.If you’re an artist looking for a straightforward platform to sell your work, this ain’t it. It’s the worst kind of DIY tech—confusing, cold, and totally disconnected from the needs of real creators.

Got fed up with McAfee bombarding me…

Got fed up with McAfee bombarding me with renewal messages when my contract still had 3 months to run so tried Norton. Got fed up with Norton continually telling me what other add-ons are available - only £39 or only £49, basically spamming me to get more money. So tried Bitdefender. I get the odd message asking me if I want to turn other things on - at no extra cost. Have been with them for 6 months, will definitely renew next year.

Well Fargo has joined the Mob - we have a business account with them and they want us to pay for for protection on our account. In other words if fraudulent checks are put through our account they will honor them unless we pay for protection! Sounds like extortion to me!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Ordered keyboard and mouse for over £200. Recieved mouse and no word of the keyboard. A wait a month and use their online chat. Response is: "once its in stock we'll send a UPS tracking number". WOW, that's good of them! I feel really special now. Could be a day, week, months... who knows!

Completely abysmal management structure…

Completely abysmal management structure at Dell's repair depot. First of all, whoever you end up on a phone call with will have no direct contact with the people fixing whatever it is you sent in to be repaired. Second, the chances of Dell effectively letting you know the issue of your device will absolutely destroy any chance of getting your device back in a reasonable window. I ordered the 5-7 business day return for repairs on a laptop. It has been 8 business days (a week and 3 days) since I mailed my laptop in and after 4 phone calls and several emails, it has been determined that the existence of my laptops warranty, along with my order of a repair "somehow confused our repair members" and the person on my phone call sat and told me, "he's waiting to hear back as to why they put a hold on my device". So, in the simplest explanation, nobody at Dell knows why my computer isn't being returned to me and it's been almost 2 weeks and I really need my laptop. Anybody who's ordering express wants and probably NEEDS their laptop returned in that time frame. So yeah, F*** Dell and their absolutely insane and inefficient repair center.

I ordered a set if three gabion walls, two arrived, have not heard anything about the missing item,not have I heard anything about a refund. So well done, you've STOLE 40 euros from me. Do that to half your customers and what a successful company you can have!! I own a restaurant, maybe I should charge my customers and only deliver half the food!!
