Their business seems to be based on auto-renewal subscription scams, which should be forbidden in a country like Germany. The customer service is the worst I ever came across. Be aware they follow the BAD practice of taking your money, not being interested in customer experience, nor being interested in finding a solution. And moreover, they are putting their customer under pressure to pay for their subscription for a full year in advance and threaten to involve a collection agency that probably belongs to the Xing group!
