Used to book through hotels.com all the time for business travel due to their great rewards nights. Would have been roughly 50-100 nights per year I would book through them. I now refuse to use them after they changed the rewards system. Huge mistake and losing them a lot of previously loyal customers.

Couldnt give 0 , so had to give 1 star . Called them to waive off 2 late fees. I agreed to pay 1 late fee and original amount and they rudely said that they wont waive off even 1. that person was so rude when I told him that if you want to lose your customer over it he said its your choice.. at the end when I asked if he can do any least thing for me to which he rudely said he can setup payment.. worst experience ever.. swear never ever going back to Macys..

I wish I could write less then 1 star - worst experience of my life - Macy's is horrible to deal with and Customer service is a joke. we were trying to buy a bedroom set and they canceled our order due to delays on their end then only sent 1 email to describe the situation and cancelled the order. then I called and replaced the order and said I will wait for it and they cancelled our order again. we waited almost 2 years for our purchase just to have them cancel the order twice because of delays on their end. Joke - I am so upset. then when I call all they can say is well we can place the order again for you at the same price - NO - this is crazy. Don't deal with them - Horrible....

Lenovo Customer service???? - hmm not sure where is the customer service part. I contacted so called "Lenovo Customer Service" three weeks ago to get the quote for fixing my son's laptop (the hinge was broken and laptop was separating). The first person I talked to behaved like a robot, reading the prompts from the screen. There was no answers for my additional questions. He refused to answer how the process of fixing laptop works (except saying they will pick up my laptop and send it back). He refused to answer where my laptop will be taken and I was not able to choose deliver myself option even if I live in Auckland. After 10 days I have received email saying that "Upon further review and investigation, the repair service for your current fault(s) will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty service" although I asked for "the quote to fix the laptop". After my reply, it was another 10 days I finally got the quote, although I asked for the "team manager to call me" (and nobody called me). The quote itself was a joke - cost to fix was 65% of the new laptop with 4-6 weeks wait time for parts. It was my last lenovo laptop I will buy. The service is just appalling.

Cannot understand how this company is still in business!Customer Support is NON EXISTENT!!! Email or open a ticket and pray someone gets back to you in the next 5-7 business days. Im on day 14 and they cannot get their SSL certificate to initialize and Im using their "affiliate hosting" Siteground. I see they have a lot of great features but how or why would anyone pay for absolute garbage customer service??? In a market that is extremely competitive I would look elsewhere. Ive given up after 2 weeks and countless attempts to reach customer service. If your looking at this software. Stop, look at other options and run from this company.

This is a terrible way to get books. I have only used it twice and as it turns out the second time will also be a negative experience. First I ordered an out of print book . Cost over 50 $. What I received was a trashy romance novel, used, in poor shape and not the book about Nazis in LA. now I atemted to order Percival Everett's book I am not Sidney Portier but when the order was complete it gave me some other title I was neither looking for nor attemted to order. I am really irritated. Every time they replace a high price item with something of considerably less value. Will never use them again. Use thriftbooks instead Always a good experience.
