This was a birthday gift from my husband that I had been looking at online to purchase for quite some time. When my necklace arrived I was beyond excited and very happy! Its exactly as pictured, size, quality, length of chain, just gorgeous! I've received numerous compliments every time I've worn it! Farfetch offers beautiful merchandise, huge selection and outstanding customer service.

You sent me the wrong item

You sent me the wrong item. You refused to take it back saying I should donate it to habitat for humanity or a charity. You sent me the correct item but continued to bill me for both items I have been trying to work with you and Citibank since September of last year. In September 06 I thought it was all taken care of. I paid $48.06 your customer service said everything was taken care of but you continued to bill me month after month. I’ve spent hours every month on the phone between you and Citibank and neither of you will admit to being wrong. I have written 2 letters to Citibank which they claimed they never got but then they declined my claim. The $68.00 or so priced item that you wouldn’t take back escalated to being over $250.00. Wayfair did wave some late charges and I finally was so sick of everything I paid them $188.84 today April 27, 2023 and the gentleman (Chris) promised me that it is paid in full. I’m not sure I believe him because this is what happened last September when I thought everything was taken care of. Every months once then customer service at Wayfair assures me they have taken care of the matter and that I owe nothing but the next month I have gotten a new bill with late charges. It has been a total nightmare. You’ve ruined my credit rating! Which was pretty much flawless until now!

I’ve been using Shopify for YEARS and…

I’ve been using Shopify for YEARS and when I say they’ve gotten worse every year as an ecommerce platform - I really mean it. Their affiliate program is trash, their partner program pays pennies and seems to be designed to help them the get the most referrals while paying partners the least possible. The fact they’ve gone from $29/month to $39/month is a joke for the poor customer service and constant platform errors you have to deal with.

Tinley Park IHG-3 Nights

I recently spent 3 nights (9/20-9/23) at the Holiday Inn in Tinley Park, IL; currently undergoing renovations. There was no food available and both guests and staff were NOT wearing facemasks from the manager on down. The maid staff always wore masks although my room was not cleaned for the 3 nights that I was there. I informed the front desk about ants in my toilet area. The guests included many work men who spent their evenings drinking and smoking outdoors leaving their trash for the maids to clean up every morning. I was also amazed at the guests cleaning out the trash from their cars and leaving it in the parking lot. Travel these days is not what it used to be.

Candlewood Suites in Hawthorne CA

Candlewood Suites in Hawthorne CA. Used to be nice hotel until they start letting "ROACHES" check in. Police were there while checking in...Not a good sign. The property has taken a serious nose dive and now that I am back traveling I will not be using Candlewood or their sister property Comfort Inn for the same reason.

I chose to study Probability as I’d like to start studying statistics next year and I opted for a certificate. The option was available and my payment was processed. I completed my course and was then told that the period to receive certificates had closed and they could not refund my money. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend them to anyone .

Do not use this company under any cicumstancesThis is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. They are in breach of contract as they have never supplied us with the card machine yet they continue to deduct money from us and have told us they have no intention of returning it. They are a disgrace. Trying to get in to touch with them is hopeless as they continue to ignore any approach by phone or e mail. Look them up on the Company House web site. Who are these people? Yes they get back to you but you are then passed from one department to another. Please be aware that should you choose to take out a contract with this company please keep a copy of all correspondence as should a dispute arise you certainly will need it. Think twice. Read the bad reviews before you make a decision. We area a small bowls club and they supplied a card reading machine which was not suitable as we did not have wifi connection. They were to supply a replacement which they never have yet they took money from our bank account. Perhaps if they were to contact their employee who we first dealt with they might see that what we are saying is correct. Concierge? Hopeless. We urge you to think twice about taking out a contract with this company. Remember that you are dealing with faceless people at the end of e mails and telephone so please as mentioned before keep all copies of any correspondence. We are now sending to this company our record of the events which took place . Why are all the good reviews in the US and the bad reviews in the UK? Don't give up if you have a grievance that is what they want you to do. I wonder just how many hours I am going to have to wait until they respond to our letter. I will not be going away. As I have said over and over please keep all you paperwork. This company has a habit of not replying to texts or emails. Would you pay for something which you had informed them was not fit for purpose? I cannot warn you that please consider carefully before taking up any form of contract with this company. How can a company not take responsibility for their employees not looking after the customer. Do the various departments not contact each other when a customer has a problem. This is what this company has done to us. We cannot warn you enough not to take out a contract with this company. Follow the paper trail. Clover-Merchant Services-American Express Payment Services- and two of the Directors are Directors of two of these companies and finally to American Express. We cannot warn you all enough not to take out a contract with this company. Check the good and bad reviews you may se that what we have been trying to warn you of is correct. They do not talk to one another and we get e mails from them which takes up time if they only contacted each other. This whole complaint was due to the fact that their employee did not contact the correct department and this has happened time and time again. Do you want to spend a lot of time sorting problems with this company out? We hope that you have taken the time to read this review. We cannot emphasize enough that this company is not a good company to take out a contract with. Thank you for taking the time to read this as I know that it is a long review but I wanted to warn as many people as I could do not use this company. They have taken money from us which had they a conscience they would not have done so.

Business owners beware of yelp! As a business owner I get approached…

As a business owner I get approached all the time for marketing and business advertising. I don’t usually go for it because I prefer to work through local networking & word of mouth with real people. So one of the guys from Yelp kept calling and finally I relented by doing a free 7 day trial- which I promptly cancelled on the date of the trials end. Got a confirmation it was cancelled, in writing, & then 2 weeks later got charged nearly $100! They refused to refund it and had all kinds of slightly different terms for the marketing plan. Snake oil salesman! Beware!
