I want to book on Stayz but now it is own by Vrbo and the website is not as good as it was. The service over the phone has been horrible the few times I have called in the last week. I am waiting for a manager to call me back for days. What has happened to this company who used to have a great website with plenty of great places to book and an excellent service? I do not recommend Stayz or Vrbo anymore.

**EDIT - 12.11.24 - WHY ARE YOU STILL EMAILING ME?** Your website only advises of a subscription fee after I've registered my details - I should have the option to decide whether I want to pay a subscription, before you receive my details. I've unsubscribed countless times and even changed my email address on my profile and you still continue to spam me with your irrelevant emails. Take me off your database! I don't want to pay to search for a job!

This company is a complete scam. Bought a camera in 2022 and it came with a "free" gift of a one year subscription to their crappy app to edit some pictures. Although you never go on their website to register for this crap, one year later they charge you 50 quid to renew your yearly subscription that you didn't subscribe for, without sending you any emails reminding you that you're gonna be charged. It is unreasonable to expect clients to remember what they did a year ago, and they use the same card you used to buy the camera to trap you into this subscription, and no refunds allowed even though the law says you can get refunded on any product of service if you change your mind within 14 days. Absolute scammers and their cameras aren't even good, first time I put my camera in the swimming pool water got into it and it stopped working so now paying for a yearly subscription on a shi* app of a camera I don't even have anymore. Never buying anything from them ever again.

As many others, I fell for the scam of the so-called free trial. It is shameful to mislead people in this way, I will gladly pay a more honest and upfront business for the service instead. I have never seen a more dishonest business in the world, I am stying away as a matter of principle, and so should anyone else.

Absolutely Disgusted – Never Received My OrderI’m beyond fed up. I ordered an item and, once again, Amazon’s delivery person left it in front of the building, instead of bringing it up to my apartment on the third floor. They didn’t even bother to ring the bell—how hard is it to press a button so I know my package is outside?This isn’t just a one-time mistake. This happens to me EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve lost count of how many times I've gone downstairs to find my package already stolen or gone. It's like Amazon thinks the hallway is a safe locker. News flash: it’s not.To make things worse, this time Amazon refused to refund me because I had a few previous refunds. As if it's my fault their delivery process is a complete joke. I'm being punished for their repeated negligence.How about fixing your system instead of blaming loyal customers? If this is a common issue, maybe it’s time to rethink your delivery policies instead of acting like the customer is the problem.I’m officially done with Amazon. This platform has become completely unreliable, and I refuse to waste any more money on items that never even reach me.

The most arrogant, rudest people out there. They must hate their pathetic boring job so much that they love lying , hanging up the phone and talking to you like dirt. I hope with all my heart they live a miserable live and dread going to work every day. If this is the case it will make me feel better after the crap I have to deal with when talking to them

The actual items were great, but I needed to return a couple of jumpers as they were too small. I returned them weeks ago, but have received zero communication and no refund, despite frequent chasing. Emails go unanswered (apart from automated ones which say nothing) and there is no other way of contacting Uniqlo. I wouldn't recommend, but at least have learnt to read reviews first, and avoid Uniqlo in the future.

My account was hacked. I was able to get it back to my email but it's now got a 2sv attached. I have been trying to deal with this for a month. At one point I have all up to date info for my account history to be told I have faulty info, only to double check later and find that everything I have was accurate. I have been repeatedly disconnected from customer support where I am told to try again later because they just talked to me. I have repeatedly had to start over and often the online customer support simply refuses to give me a support ID so I can make a call instead. At this point Playstation has effectively stolen the hundreds of dollars I have spent under my account. Considering switching to Xbox because of the awful customer service, and I have been a faithful costumer since I was 12, 20 years ago.
