Another Hermes / Uniqlo fail

The actual items were great, but I needed to return a couple of jumpers as they were too small. I returned them weeks ago, but have received zero communication and no refund, despite frequent chasing. Emails go unanswered (apart from automated ones which say nothing) and there is no other way of contacting Uniqlo. I wouldn't recommend, but at least have learnt to read reviews first, and avoid Uniqlo in the future.
